So friendly here, the manager was super nice and the place looked very clean. The food was amazing as well, super fresh fries.... Keep up the good work, you are appreciated! I used to do drive thru and I know it's hard. Thanks guys. Read more

This Burger King has been my favorite Burger King until today. I wasn't mad about the long wait, I was in no hurry. When I got... home however my small fry wasn't even a small fry. I had to check the bag to see if any fell out, but nope not one single fry inthe bag. Come on guys you had me wait, the least you could do is give me the frys I asked for. Totally unacceptable experience, how do you screw up an order so badly, two whoppers and a fry. The manager in charge tonight... was rude as hell, she couldn't bother to properly address me, and then makes me pull forward and wait for food that is totallycold. Calling the owner tomorrow, service this bad deserves recognition. Read more

Went to the local Burger King which is close to home since the power was out figured a sandwich and some ice cream cones would... be nice, get told their ice cream machine is down at 8:30 pm I jokingly said oh I thought I was at Burger King not McDonalds andthen get the Attitude from hell ?we have a cleaning process? ok joke didn?t go over well. This location is so disgusting. No matter how many times I've given them a chance the food is always horrible. I've gotten... burgers where the buns actually feel like they're soaked in water and fries are still frozen. Avoid this location at all costsseriously. Read more

I am currently sitting in this "restaurant". There have been 3 drive thru customers in the last 20 minutes, so the 2 employees... have been talking and walking around the entire time. I told them when I went to fill my cup that the ice dispenser was empty,so the filled my cup @ the drive thru station. The potatoes with my breakfast were old and cold. So now there is still no icethe drink counter is a mess and the tables have not been cleaned. I am, and have been the only inside customer since I walkedin. I can't blame the employees, but the manager should be held responsible. Read more

It's pointless that the new burger king looks so nice I went in on 5/12 the lobby was a mess there were no lids no straws then... after ordering a meal and 2 kids meal it took them almost 20 min to get my order to me. the fries were cold and half filled ifthat. the chicken nuggets looks like they had been there since yesterday hard as a rock i asked for extra catchup got none . theemployees n Managers working in the afternoon really let you know they dont want to be there and have no customer serviceskills. overall this was the worst experience iv had in a long time it made me so irate that i actually applied for themanagement position. horrible horrible everything would not even give it 1 star but had to to post this review Read more
