I took my family here for dinner, before dropping my visiting mother off at the airport. Table of 6, 3 adults and 3... children. The place is huge and very nice inside. Big big tables and booths, family style dining. We went early in the day Iwanna say it was between 4-5 pm so the establishment wasn't busy. Our server was very pleasant, and attentative. Our food wasfast and tasted good. If I was being critical my steak was a little fatty and greasy when the plate hit the table. For what Ipayed I felt the cut of meat could have been better. I feel bad writing this review. I'll start with the Service- it was great! Hostess - very friendly and nice waitress. Only... reason for 2 stars. Maybe this restaurant is for a very specific demographic... it was like walking into an old Vegasrestaurant, smelled heavily of mildew. The salad bowl was child size but the serving was medium size. Messy to eat. The food...oh made me sad. We ordered popular dishes. The ribs were edible, but the texture seemed like they were boiled. The BBQ sauce wasgood (I'm really trying to find the good). The mashed potatoes, while tasty, were definitely boxed, not real. I don't think I'veever paid over $50 for 2 meals and recieved boxed potatoes. Soda was flat...I heard another customer complain sharply about thatsame issue. I really wanted to like this place. My husband was very unhappy. The peas were the tastiest item on his plate, whichjust tasted like all the meat drippings. All the good reviews left me feeling let down and misled. It was very dimly lit. If I'mspending under $10 for both meals, then I'd give them another star. But honestly it should be a 1 star. Like a said, could bejust tailored for a very specific demographic. Not for me. This restaurant is nicely lit and cozy. They have themed decor and cozy nice size round booths. The first thing I noticed was... the lighting, I appreciated it and it went really nice with the theme. I ordered the 1/2 Rack of Ribs, delicious. One of thebest racks of ribs I've ever had. My hubby ordered The City Slicker (New York Strip Steak) and it was literally the most juicyand favorable steak we've ever had. A decent size and perfectly cooked. All entrees come with bread and butter. All entreescomes with salads, you can't substitute that with another side item but again it was delicious and a nice light snack before themeal. With my meal I got mashed potatoes which I regretted because I don't like white gravy and that's the kind they serve.Hubby got good old fries. We arrived for the lunch menu @ 3:30 but didn't see what we thought they would have at thisrestaurant. The lunch menu is great & priced good but we were looking for specific things. The waitress said we could wait til4:00 to order off the dinner menu. We did. Dinner menu had many more choices like Ribs and Lobster. Our waitress was very nice,professional, fast, courteous. We ordered: 2 entrees Half Rack ribs with mashed potatoes, salad, bread Steak with fries, salad,bread 2 appetizers (which during lunch is 1/2 off I believe) Onion Rings Mozzarella Sticks 1 drink, 1 water Total: $63.00 +tip We enjoyed it so much we forgot to take pics lol but below is the front entrance. Julie was so rude. We went for lunch and the chicken fried steak was dry so we asked them to remove it or change it. She... insisted that half the meal was eaten when that was completely not true. Only 4 bites of the steak were eaten and a few bites ofthe mashed potatoes. The only thing eaten were the vegetables and she?s trying to argue making an issue that we ate it. You canclearly see in the picture that the chicken fried steak is there and only a small piece was cut off! I would never go back tothis places due to the fact of how rude she was! She wants to say she?s the owner and she personally made the steak when she wasbehind the bar, I she?s clearly a liar too! Read more

Literally no flavor at all for anyone at our table. The wait was absolutely not worth the food at all. 25% of my steak was fat &... I still couldn't finish my plate. I never have leftovers on a small steak but this food just was not appetizing to any of the 5at our table. The server was very sweet though. The hostess....not so much. Had a long wait but glad we did wait because the food is outstanding! The steaks are phenomenal, we had a 10 ounce ribeye you... could have cut with a fork with shrimp on the side. Meals come with a choice of two sides...I got the salad and bakedpotato. We also ordered the deep fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were fantastic! They have a great drink menu, onefriend got a pina colada and she thought it was the best, we also had a prickly pear Margarita and a regular margarita. Theyalso serve ribs, lobster and some seafood. Average prices are $15 to $30 as you can see by the menu photos I took. The settingis western themed... I snapped a couple pictures of the outside and then also in the entryway where there are menus that havebeen signed by celebrities who have dined there. The steakhouse came highly recommended.
