We just got done ordering from the establishment and the cashier did out in our other half of my family's order, we had to pay... twice for the remainder of the order. I ordered onions with my sub and they didn't put any. I pointed it out to the manager and there appeared to be a language... barrier because he made no effort to correct it. If a place can't follow a simple request, then I'm not giving my business. Iwas professional when I told him I didn't have any onions because I don't turn rude for petty stuff. Sadly a few restaurantshave left the mall and there's less dining options, but I still would not go back so they can mess up my lunch. Read more
I went on my lunch hour and I got a meal with fries, when the lady gave me my food I asked for ranch on the side she put it on... my sandwich. I told her I asked for a side of ranch.. She just looked at me and i said forget it. I walked over to the registerand asked for the manager.. The same lady came over and just started refunding me rather than fix it. The owner walked out and Iasked if he was the manager.. He said no I'm the owner I was telling him the issue and the lady that made the error startsscreaming to him. She was trying to place blame on me. I told the owner its very rude and unprofessional for her to scream ather customers. He said I know she shouldn't do that. He didn't even offer to fix the issue, I was so fed up I walked awaywithout food because she was so rude. They wont survive with her, she will run all there customers off she's SO RUDE! Read more
