My steak fajitas were pretty tough. We had to ask for sugar twice for our tea. I asked for corn tortillas and received flour... tortillas. I asked them to bring me corn and they never did. Our waitress never asked us if we wanted refills on our drinksuntil we were ready to leave. Read more
Update 10/4/22...went there again last night and told the server/bartender that I had a gluten allergy and what comes on my... salad? Croutons. TRAIN your staff for food allergies. This coninues to happen over and over. Food allergies are real people. Get a clue! Original review: Very different service when Sam is not there. Ordered drinks and my wine was delivered in anunwashed glass - disgusting greasy fingerprints on the outside and clearly not washed. I'm not sure how the bartender andserver missed that. Sent that back and second glass had soap scum all across the top and inside the glass - at least this onewas washed! I told the server about my gluten allergy, she showed me the gluten free menu on the kiosk and then I placed myorder stating again the gluten allergy. My food arrives with texas toast on the plate - now contaminating my food. Mygluten/celiac allergy is not an option or a choice, so train your staff to be more understanding and figure out a way to provideclean glasses. Welp they messed me up in a disrespectful way. I went to a booth near the bar and arrived around 6:40p on a Wednesday. The TV... screen was not the main attention. But for the bartender these young ladies was all he cared about. I waited at the booth forhim to even notice that he had a customer. No one ever went by the table for 8 minutes. Then around 6:55p the manager walkedby and he could tell nobody ever came to the booth. And he said your server will be here. And I said you know what I'm going toleave. And he said are you sure? And I began to walk them came back in and wanted to speak to him. (Thought if I left I would beable to give it a try again) but then I saw the bartender taking a photo with the young ladies he already asked for refillstwice. I usually sit in the bar area and have a beer and an appetizer. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. The food is what I... expect from a chain, but that's not a bad thing. I'm a big fan of the Southwest Egg Rolls. Read more
Nice place. Cheap and lots of food. The waitress was very attentive.
Smokehouse combo is smoking. The quesadilla, crispers, sausages, all fantastic choices. The toast was very good. The corn also... very good. And the rewards for being a member are worth it. Our server was responsive and helpful. Will be coming back again Read more
Nothing special. Boneless wings tasted like frozen Tyson with BBQ sauce. Maybe 10-15 fries. White spinach queso was good, had... some taste to it. Potato soup tasted like it was from a can. Read more
Approximately 10 year's ago I walked out of this restaurant due to poor food quality. Today I thought I'd give it another... try...well the burger was over cooked they now use a poor excuse for meat way to grease. The chips were from the bottom of thebag the salsa was watered down.
