Food is usually delicious but sometimes the order is wrong.

So maybe i am mistaken, but for as long as I have been going there a bean and cheese burrito has been $2. I went today, and... asked for a bean and cheese. Got a little pico and salsa on it. The cashier says it will be $8.91. I ask her why, because Iordered a bean and cheese and I am surprised it's a 7$ upcharge for pico and salsa. She looks at me weird, and with a tone says"it's a vegetarian burrito".. So i say ok. Pay $9 for a very light portion of beans, cheese and a splash of salsa. If I knew itwould be that expensive, I would have ordered meat or other toppings as well. I feel ripped off and the cashier wasn't veryaccommodating. She could have offered to have a bean and cheese made, or offer to add more toppings. I work in food service, soI know I try to make my guests happy and content with the value of their service/products. Disappointing, won't be back. Read more

Nice and helpful staff but got food poisoning when I went at the end of the day. Stay safe when choosing a time to go

Food quality was poor,and portions were much smaller than the past.

We ordered for delivery. The food came cold even though it was deliver quickly. The bowl was soggy and half empty. It was so... disappointing. I have always loved Chipotle, but this bowl only had half of everything that it usually has. The only that was afull serving was the sour cream. There was hardly any meat or beans. It's a great restaurant to be at. They know how to make food healthy and tasty. They've good stuff for vegetarians too. I tried... burrito and bowl, they were both good. They have indoor and outdoor sitting whatever makes customer happy. Good thing is, it isat the prime location on University Boulevard making it super easy for students to stopby and have healthy Mexican food. Read more

As far as fast food goes Chipotle is probably one of the better and healthier places to eat. It?s simple and so far it?s been... great quality. I always order the chicken and it never disappoints. Adding the guacamole is a treat! The staff is alwayspleasant and smiling. That?s been my experience anyway. The location on university avenue is nice too. ?????? Read more
