Chipotle you need to do better!! Chipotle that?s on 3510 S.Kino Parkway is the worst one I?ve been! 1. Employees need to do a... way better customer service (Shyann) you should work on your customer service and try to not be in a bad mood when you workthere!!! 2. The food is horrible, ordered 3 steak tacos and each taco had minimum of 4 pieces of steak on each taco. Oh but theydo charge a lot for that! 3. Food is COLD!! 3.5 star rounded to 4 to counteract the rage reviews being posted here. This location is clearly designed to cater the... gig-delivery/ online order crowd. I walked in because I wanted to see the meats and had to wait for a considerable time formultiple online orders to be made. This is not a dog on the workers, they we?re all polite and friendly, but (i imagine) havebeen given a direction from their bosses to put the online orders through first. Honestly with the crazy reviews I?m not totallysurprised. I arrived about 90 mins before close and there was a few people inside. The kitchen was getting cleaned down and thebuffet person was slammed. I?ll eat here again, it?s fast food and when I want a burrito it?s a good choice. Looking at thesteak (my go to) it was clear it was an older bin, so I?m glad I can in and chose a different meat. Burrito was fat and juicy.. some of the sides and other options were out but I left full and happy. Normally I give chipotle 5 stars. This is a newer much more convenient location for me. So I'm hoping things improve and my next... review be 5 stars. But for now no. Today the amount of barbacoa she put on was very small. And my chips were stale. I was thereat 11 am so I would think they would be extremely fresh. But they must not put out fresh every morning. And as delicious as theburritos and bowls are. They just aren't the same without the chips. Two visits ago we waited a very long time for veggies formy wife's bowl. They were extremely busy but waiting at least 10 min is to long. Plus oddly 1 bag chips was fresh and 1 wasstale. But at least we could share the fresh one. And the last issue involved chips as well. I was bringing an order back towork and when I got there I only had 1 bag of chips. I called and they apologized saying the girl who handed me my food didn'trealize another had gone back to get my other 2 bags. I guess had run out by the register. So I stopped after work and bought usdinner and they gave us the 2 bags of chips. So it worked out in the end. But these are issues I didn't have where I generallygo. The food is amazing!! Read more

Since the first time I ate there, I think I've eaten there enough times to own the place. Sometimes every day. Can't get enough... of brown rice, pinto beans, steak with chili and lettuce. Ordered online to pick up through the drive thru, go home and 2 of the 4 bowls that I had ordered were wrong. One very minor... with only the lettuce missing and the other one with barely any rice, no beans and what didn't seem to me like a double portionof barbacoa. That bowl alone was about 14 dollars because of the double portion so I'd expect to look like it but looked prettylight to me. I've ordered the same thing before so comparing it to that I was disappointed. I ended up taking them back closeto closing time and they couldn't remake the order so they give a number to request a refund, which I did. Read more

Two stars for the location convenience only. Otherwise service and food are much to be desired at this location. This was not my... first order at this location hence the poor review. On every occasion I placed an online order via app, something was wrong withit. Either a missing food item, or the store had no food that was ordered. If you allow your customers to place an order andpay for it at the same time, then you should make sure all the items are actually available at the store instead of informingcustomers that you run out, or don't have an item especially after everything has already been paid for and the customer is atthe window picking it up. Extremely frustrating. Each time I ordered chips with my order it tasted old and stale. Each time Iordered extra salsa or vegetable, I received bowl full or rice and beans. Not to mention that each time something else was notincluded at all. How hard can it be to read an actual online order?? It's written down. This is by far the worst Chipotle in Tucson, go somewhere else! Waited at the window 20 minutes past the promised time, food was... done incorrectly (wrong beans twice), cheese cup was only half full, burned quesadilla split open on one end ,very unevenportions between two identical items on the order, ask for utensils but it wasn't included, no napkins, messy guacamole andsauce all over the tops and sides of items, items were not labeled at all, this is not the first time I've had poor service atthis location last time. Last time nearly 10 minutes past wait time and food done incorrectly, Time before that wrong items inorder. It takes a lot for me to post something like this but it was truly Horrible service and poor quality. When I'm feedingsix people I'll drive farther to go to a different one. Read more
