Twice in a week I have gone here to get a Church's 5 piece Texas Tenders meal at about 8 p.m. Twice I have been told, "Sorry,... all we have left is bone-in chicken. And twice I have gone to Raising Cane's for dinner, which is a further drive. Church'sChicken, you're losing a customer. Get it together and make sure you have enough product to meet customer expectations. Or beprepared to become the next failed fast food chain. Read more
Unfortunately, this is for uber eats. They collected the order and instead of doing a hand off as requested they instead dropped... it off at a different apartment although I requested the order to be a handoff. When calling customer service, they refused tolisten and wanted to cut me off to supply excuses as I received a text saying the driver collected the type, but I had to waitfor my money back. They then hung up when I mentioned recording. Importunely before the convo it was too late to reorder whichIs why I was ok with 'go get the order back; but it was gone. This service is ridiculous based on the customer service agentswho know nothing and copy and paste response and listen to nothing other than a way to get out. What a waste. Door was locked 40 minutes earlier then what was stated on the sign in front of window for the Dining area. We pointed at our... watch and showed it was pn 8:20 pm the worker shook his head no, pointed to the drive through ;so we got in the car and waiteda while to decide where we could go and dine inside on a rainy night. We decided to try Dennys not far from Church 's Chicken. And we really enjoyed our food at Dennys and will think twice before we go back to that Church's Chicken. We had driven 3 hours,we were hungry, we were tired and it was raining. I feel I rated fairly; after all Church's Chicken still had 1 hour and 1/2before closing down for the night. Read more

I don't know why I keep going there,I ordered a 3 piece spicy,they gave me regular chicken that was at best warm,I ordered 3... jalapeños for $2.49,didn't get them,best part of the meal was Corn on the cob,I live 3 minutes away so the chicken didn't havetime to cool down that much. Every time they forget something even if you ask if they put everything that was charged for theyalways say yes. Read more
We ordered the #3 chicken tenders meal and it was fresh out of the grease or whatever they used. It didn't taste good at all.... One bite and I couldn't eat anymore. The mashed potatoes with gravy was OK. I don't think we're going to comeback to thislocation. They did give great customer service and quick to give out the food it's just the chicken tenders that was not thebest. Read more
I've never had a chiken sandwich from church's till the other day and to be honest that was the last time, the sandwich was not... crispy it was all soggy and not a really good taste to it, I'll stick to eating their chiken insted. Read more
