This place is so good. I typically get their shredded beef burritos (smothered), or their sweet pork is also very good! The... ingredients are all super fresh, and you even get to watch them cook your tortilla in front of you. Obviously this is Tucson, and there are so many authentic places you can go, but this place is still great if you know what you're getting. If not aboutauthenticity, it's about convenience. I wish I would have considered taking a photo of my entre before eating it because it was absolutely stunning but it was just... way to good to slow it down. I got the enchiladas, which looked and tasted amazing. Got a drink, tried the horchata and thenrefilled after with a strawberry lemonades, both of which were bomb. My sister told me about their key lime pies so I orderedone and was not disappointed. And each item at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and the assembly line behind thecounter ran smoothly.
