3 people working the front lobby. Although there were 3 working it seemed they were more concerned to take cigarette breaks and... ignore their customers than wait on them. One lady seemed to know nothing and just kept walking back and forth looking at thescreen of orders and ignoring the 2 gentleman waiting for service. She wouldn't even make eye contact, she was useless. The 2ndlady was to busy in the back walking around in circles doing absolutely nothing even though more customers walked in. Thewaitress who did finally come up to my table thought it more important to smoke before waiting on us and then also ignored thegentleman at the counter. I stopped her from taking our order and advised her to please assist the gentleman first as he trieddesperately to get their attention and they acted as if he wasn't there ( we paid for his dinner because we felt so horrible onhow he was treated). She did apologize and continued to take our order. We then realized she seemed to be the only waitressthere who was working the whole restaurant and I then felt horrible for her. We did end up tipping her for her effort. To topour night off, I ended up at the emergency room for food poisoning. Good food. But the server we had was newer and very distracted even though wasn't very busy. Had another server help us. It's... like we barely existed to him. Guess he didn't expect us to tip. But tipped him 10% just to show him I tip. I used do his joband did it for years. So I know how it is. But if I treated customers like he did I wouldn't of expected a dime. Read more

Superb experience from the moment we walked in. Greeted and then served with excellence by Shanda. She thought of everything and... made sure my "well-done" burger was perfect! I ordered via delivery. That part was great. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium rare) corn, zucchini and squash all for about... $16. I got a big scoop of corn, a teeny glob of squash and my steak was dry and well done. Won't be doing that again. Read more
