ungodly wait times. 6:30 pm is a perfectly reasonable time to expect to be (at least somewhat) promptly seated and served, but... Our food was terrible. Chicken fried chicken was burnt with a tablespoon of gravy. Mashed potatoes were cold and they used brown... gravy that tasted horrific. Why white gravy in chicken and brown on potatoes? Discolored corn...can't tell you what the tastewas but yuk. Complained, they didn't care. We didn't eat it and had to pay for our plates of nastiness. Never ever again. Read more
Night manager was amazing had a bit of an issue with my order and the way it was handled was extremely impressive and the food... was the best I've ever had the second time around showing how much care was taken and it is massively appreciated I don't eatout very often and this experience made it worth it. I will definitely be going back. Also the sauce on the brisket melt shouldbe a permanent item for the fries lol Read more
It's 50% off for Police officers and Kids eat free (4pm-10pm). We need to be nice to our police. It's a tough job.

Stopped in after a long day of shopping with my son. For some reason this location seems to have very slow service. I remember... going there about 7 years ago and experienced the same bad service. The waitress was very nice and sweet and I know it's nother fault but it looked like she was the only one working with floor. My son and I were literally the only 2 customers in theentire building. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger he ordered a cheeseburger off of the kids menu. It took at least 10 minutes forus to get our drinks which I couldn't figure out because we were the only 2 customers there. But she gave my son some littlegoldfish snacks to snack on when she brought the drinks and she said it might be a little bit before we get our order. Prettymuch every table was full of food that hadn't been cleaned off. I really tried to be patient with the waitress but my son wasstarving. To brought his food out 1st which I didn't mind because he was tired and hungry.But they messed up his order so theyhad to take it back. Eventually she brought out the food I'm gonna say in about 35 to 40 minutes which is OK if it's busy but ifwe're the only 2 customers in the entire establishment it shouldn't take that long. Yet what I did notice is they were preparinga lot of to go orders like doordash. I personally think that the customers in the restaurant should get 1st priority but it iswhat it is.. I gave the girl a $10 tip and told her I understand she's there by herself and it's not her fault. But Idefinitely would not be going back. I never Take the time to leave reviews but Thanksgiving dinner last night was just downright gross. It tasted like the steak had... been boiled in water and microwaved. I have no idea What the cut was but it wasn?t right for sure. The gravy out of a can and itwas cold. I didn?t have certain sodas and stuff that was on the menu. It was like eating at homeless shelter meal. I put twostars instead of One because the gentleman told me that like four staff members walked out and quit earlier that day.
