Based on my most recent experience if given a chance I wouldn't eat here again. The waitress we had was pretty friendly but the... other one we witnessed was loud and kind of rude. The food that we were served was mostly okay, seemed like maybe the kitchenstaff was new though or perhaps they had a call out. Definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it for sure. Read more
My maiden name is Denny and I've been to Denny's from Minnesota to Tucson and this location is my favorite. We were first... greeted by Madeline's "Happy to see you!" smile and she seated us. The retro feel made me want to stay and our server,Caroline, lit up the dining room! Her smile and demeanor toward staff and customers made our day. It isn't every day I get to goout to eat, and when a server can spread a little sunshine it will leave a sweet taste long after you leave. I normally havethe Chicken Biscuit & Gravy Bowl, but the classic breakfast was yum. Madeline checked us out and she sealed up the entireexperience with a great end to our visit. Thank you, Caroline, and Madeline, we shall return. And thank you Denny's for hiringgreat staff, for providing a clean environment, and offering an amazing menu with food made perfect every time. So I went into another store and told my wife and kids to pick a place to eat before we head out of town. I come back to,... "let's go to Dennys." My 1st response was it will probably be too far from where we are at. Low and behold, it was .1 mileaway. I have shopped in the plaza for years now and have never noticed this Dennys tucked away in the corner. The odd part forme is, we were just by there Saturday eating at another food venue that is directly to the left of it. Well, parking is not anissue since there are so many places around. From restaurants, to shopping stores like Ross, and convenient Super Walmart allwithin walking distance. Our waiter never told us his name or I would mention, however, he did provide good service. The first time we came here, we waited for 45 minutes. The second time we came and visit this place again we waited for 1 hour!... They didn't apologize and their food isn't good either. We decided to make it to-go instead of eating inside the restaurantbecause my family are upset. I ordered pot roast and guess what? There's only one piece of beef and no celery stalk and 4sliced circle carrots, extremely salty mashed potatoes and it looks disgusting! "DON'T EVER COME INTO THIS DENNY'S BRANCH"! Had to wait at the door for a long time before being acknowledged and seated, dirty silverware, no napkins at the table.... Brittany was our server, she was very helpful and apologetic for being short staffed. She deserves a raise ????. Food wasexcellent so no problems there. Being short staffed is a major problem for Denny's however, especially on a Sunday morning,which I would think is probably there busiest time of the week! Read more
Service was pretty good, especially for a night after prom. Not a lot of staff but the service and food was good. I tried making... everything simple for the staff since I knew they were busy. Hopefully they have a nice rest of their night and shift. Crazy toofor being a 24 hour diner too. Read more
Fast service and a clean restaurant. Stopped in here for breakfast the other day after working a long night food came out quick... and it was exactly how I ordered. Very accurate and friendly service. The waiting stuff was tentative while giving me my ownspace. Four out of five stars just because the portions seemed a little on the small side. Sat at the counter and could not believe how this team works together like a well oiled machine! Seeing the wait staff, manager... and kitchen staff having fun, working hard and supporting each other to give all the customers incredible service.
