Very good for coffee and donuts! I use the app to get rewards and deals and I love how often new deals are added! Beats... Starbucks and any other coffee place due to that reason. Staff is good but a little dan, they forgot to give my card back onetime and I had to drive all the way back from home to get it. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. My order was made correctly the 3 times I went while I visited the town.... Their prices are always decent and you get a good amount for it. The baked goods were fresh and choices were abundant evenduring a busy Saturday morning. I'd recommend coming back for a good coffee and donut. Read more
Honestly one of my favorite duncans to go to. Their oatmeal lattes oat milk hot chocolate. And the iced coffees are always the... best as well as my matcha lattes with oat milk. I've gone to other duncans and this is on my top fave. The donuts always tastefresh too . The staff is always kind also . I had placed an order from the app and unfortunately someone dropped the ball when making my order. However I'm rating all 5... stars. Here is why; when I called to express my dissatisfaction I was pleasantly surprised in the way this matter was handled.The manager was very genuine with her apology and in no way was she rude or passive with me.
