Everytime i come to this location the Managers are so rude it amazes me how bad the customer service is. No one smiles, no... friendly energy is felt ever and they all seem upset that they have to?provide customer service. Anyways. Please do betterDunkin, this is by far the worst location in town. Great prices & very clean! The workers are always working hard. I seen a lady freak out over coffee & I'm just here being... thankful employees even show up these days. No one wants COVID. Manager is very nice and young man working from desk is very nice as well. Trixie working drive through is very rude. I tried to... explain to her that I understand how she could of just asked me is there anything else I can help you with she automaticallybecame defensive and didn't want my advice. Where do I start? I was headed up to Mt. Lemmon and decided to stop by. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I usually get... a large iced coffee but have been drinking tea as of lately and needed a little help. The staff was very helpful in telling meall the different flavors and ways that I could choose from. I appreciate their kindness as well them going above and beyond tomake my visit a good one. Franchise ownership either is blind to how bad this location is or doesn?t care. Out of tons of items all the time while not... even being overly busy?. Today, out of coffee. Staff, with the exception of the younger girl with tattoos, clearly hates theirjobs and lacked any sort of real training. Mistakenly giving us a hot coffee instead of the cold brew ordered, when asked tocorrect it we watch the ?barista? pour the hot coffee over ice and attempt to hand it back to us. When we asked for a freshreal cold brew as we ordered they acted put out. Don?t go here, go to coffee exchange, or even Dutch who are friendly and careabout your experience. Read more
