rude workers. they basically try to rush u to order ....like they have no patience or customer service skills....they quality... of the donuts were embarrassing...we drove to 2 different locations and only one had chocolate filled donuts and that was a jokeabout them being filled ...like a dime size of chocolate was inside ...I'd rather buy from QT or circle k ....and this issupposed to be the top knotch place to buy donuts .....disappointed....not to mention how expensive they are. ...another rip off Read more
Super great service on a Thursday evening about an hour before closing. We got yummy donuts and chai lattes, it was great!
My initial review was a lower one. However as soon as I left the review the owner reached out asking for details. I explained... what had happened and he was quick to fix the mistakes even thou it had been 6weeks ago. He was kind and caring and proved thatsometimes a bad employee shouldn't earn the review for the whole store. I went into the store and the manager was so kind sheeven gave me my free items (replacement for my messed up item preciously) with a couple free drinks. Was there for a corporate event. Oddly enough, lots of delicious donuts were available. I want to say that I was so impressed... with the staff at this location. Very friendly and helpful. I was most impressed by their work ethic. Kudos to the youngfolks working there and tip of the cap to management that helps them be successful. Glad I could be there to see it!! Read more
A great, well maintained location. Can't go wrong with Dunkin' donuts. Coffee good, a little watery. Busy location, but the... drive-through line moves fast. A separate line for online/mobile order pickup. Would definitely recommend. Read more
Visited the drive-thru on this day and was greeted pleasantly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and a 10 pack of Munchkins. The... Munchkins were be a bit dry and not as moist as I have had in the past. I got the chocolate, powdered and pumpkin spice. Thedonut flavors I ordered were Chocolate, Sour Cream, Chocolate Cream filled, and powdered. The Chocolate was a little dry.
