I ordered from the Eegees store on Kolb and Broadway and i used the online delivery on their website and the driver was... extremely rude and delivered to the wrong place and screamed at me and i never got the food i paid for so i went directly to thestore and asked for a refund and was told they would remake my order so i waited 30 MINS for 1 sandwich and 2 drinks and finallyi had to tell the manager i cant wait any more can i please have a refund instead and then was told i had to call corporate toget a refund so i did and left a message and then when they did call they left me a message saying they would refund and itsbeen almost 2 weeks and i still have not gotten a refund and i even call and left another message with the corporate office andNO ONES CALLED ME BACK and still NO REFUND this is awful and i will not be ordering from them again which makes me sad cause wereally enjoy the food . We just went the the Eegees in Casa Grand . We waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes so we just pulled around to the... cashier window . We ordered a 5? pastrami and a 5? roast beef with 2 Large Diet cokes . The boy who brought us out oursandwiches just turned and walked away when my husband was asking about the 2 large diet Coke?s . The general manager then cameout and said we had not ordered 2 large drinks . He was very intimidating so we just said ok and went and got drinks from Arby?s west of eegee?s . We love your food but we won?t be returning to the Eegees in Casa Grande Az anytime soon. Read more
I am a Tucson native and I love eegees, but they definitely did something different to the drinks since being bought out. I... usually only eat lemon, sometimes I?ll do half lemon and the flavor of the month. For a while now I have felt like the lemontaste weird, like fake sweetener. If you changed something, change it back please! Read more
Went to restraunt was harrassed by a gang member went I got off my car and inside the restraunt she was trying to force me to... buy her and her gang food .I complained to management they did nothing to remove her from the premises. If I could I'd give negative stars. This place is awful. It's not so much the food as it is the rude staff that should be fired.... I went into the lobby about 10 minutes before closing, walking 2 miles to get there, might I add. I rushed to get there and whenI walked inside I was refused service and told to leave. I will never EVER go here again. And, I will tell everyone I know whatan awful experience it was. I wish I knew the woman's name that so shamelessly DEMANDED I leave. The guy I asked very politelyto serve me, DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME. What lazy, awful, human beings, that shouldn't be allowed to work with anything living orbreathing. This was my experience with your store. Food is good.
