Falora is one of my favorite pizza places in Tucson. They have so many vegetarian options for their pizza and pasta dishes... beautiful salads and amazing Wood fired Pizza. My favorite pizza has figs and Brie cheese, it is heavenly and hands down myfavorite pizza combination I've tried in Tucson. To anyone who complains about waiting too long for food and that the service isslow: they actually have a special pizza oven that can only cook so many Pizzas at a time. A really special dining experience! Everything i have ever had at Falora is absolutely divine! Beautiful atmosphere and... seriously the best pizza crust! Rating is based on service. Prepare for a long wait. 2 of us arrived at 7pm and were sat outside. Took 10 minutes for waiter to... get our drink and food order. Took one hour for food to arrive. Absolutely delicious food. They have a lot of vegan options, and any pizza can be made vegan, which drew me in. I had the vegan... marinara and it was fantastic. I also had the vegan Sorta Torta which did not disappoint. The best crust I have ever had. Myserver was friendly and I enjoyed eating outside. This is a great place with amazing food. Read more

If you want an authentic Italian dining experience, this is it! The bottles water is served in, the feel of the napkins, the... perfectly bubbly pizza crust, the variety of toppings, the long wait for the pizza. All of it is the closest to authenticItalian that I have found. Reading other reviews, people complain about the slow service, but that is one of the best parts.Plan on being here awhile and enjoy it. Come with friends and enjoy conversation while you wait. It reminds me of many longslow evenings in Italy, just plan on spending some time. Slow food is how food should be. Read more
