First time here and we came for lunch. It wasn't busy, the food was ok, portion sizes were decent, prices were reasonable.... Service, however, wasnt good. I only say that because when our server brought out our Togo boxes, she flat out said we needed toleave at least a twenty percent tip. Our bill was only $35. We were planning on tipping already. It really caught us off guardto be TOLD what to tip. I wanted to ask if she pooled her earning with the other staff, if that was the reason for the certainamount needed. I didn't have the chance to because she scrurried off to make our change. When she returned she handed us themoney and just stood there, kinda stared at us before turning and walking away. Of all the restaurants we've been to Sams is falling all precautions for the virus. I feel safe there. The service is excellent... along with the prices and for you sports junkies it has 19 TVs. We had the chili cheese fries with home made chile and theywhere excellent. The chili had a smokey aftertaste. Read more
Ordered the good old pastrami sandwich with fries and it was delicious as always. Different things going on the various tv... screens. From sports, games and automotive shows. Clean comfortable atmosphere. The wings are awesome also! Read more
