I went to First Watch twice (02 Jan 22 and 13 Feb 2022). The grits were thicker and grittier than is my normal taste. Even... though the place is always packed, it is easy to get seated when I am alone or willing to sit on the patio. The menu item Ienjoyed most was the Purple Haze. It had an interesting flavor to it but it was delicious to me. I ordered the Smoked SalmonEggs Benedict the second time I went. I would have liked a smidge more salmon on but it was still deliciously filling. Serviceinside was better the first time but still cordial on both occasions. Read more
MUST EXPERIENCE! FLAVORFUL & NUTRIENT RICH! I can count on my two hands how many places I've left as a "Raving Fan".. This... place just got added to the list. If I discovered this place earlier and was staying in Tucson, I'd be testing out the rest ofthe menu. ATMOSPHERE: Bright, airy, and colorful. There looks to be some outdoor seating but most of it is indoors with divideddining areas and a bar that looks into the kitchen. The inside also has warm touches of wood amenities, signage, andseating. FOOD: This menu is jam-packed with tons of unique and deliciously healthy foods from organic, cage free, etc. Everyplate I saw leave the kitchen and cross my path, eye candy. I had a choose two with a sandwich and salad... flavorful! PRICE:The price was actually quite reasonable (circa early 2022) for what I got, how filling it was, and the great experience. All inall, I left with an $11 tab plus a tip. Well worth it. SERVICE: TOP NOTCH. I had a great experience from the hostess, waitress,bar staff, and cashier. Everyone was very kind. They were very helpful when suggesting what to eat on the menu and came aroundfrequently to see if I needed anything. *Some people may complain about the wait but that seems to be limited to larger partiesduring busy times. Great service and delicious food. The drinks there's are great too. I would go back just for the that! Place is a little pricey... but it's great for a date. It does get a busy, so it's worth getting a reservation. Read more
Service was great even though we were a party of 17 ppl. Granted one of us had to wait a bit for her dish, but other that that,... our server was outstanding. Don't go on a Sunday, they're super busy. They have great choices for breakfast, including hash,omelets, French toast, and pancakes (carrot & walnuts yum). Read more
