They're not keeping up on their cleaning duties. Everything is filthy and I see a lawsuit in the making when an elderly person... falls on their greasy slippery floor. Every customer was sliding across the entire floor like they were on ice skates!! Thenthey ran out of vanilla custard. I really like this Freddy's location. At times the drive thru is really packed but it moves fast. The service is always friendly... and most times they give my dog a pup cup. The food is always hot and when I check my order before I drive off I have yet tohave an item missing. Keep up the good work. Read more

I love Freddy's burgers but this location has TERRIBLE service. Multiple times I've had bad experience with customer service.... Today i asked for Freddy's sause at the window but they said they ran out. I walked in to check Freddy sauce pumps by thecounter and a different employee came to open a new sauce. Before he could give me Freddy's sauce the manager stopped him andtold them not to give any. Please fix this management issue. Read more

The food can be good, but it's inconsistent and almost never justifies the price. We don't come here often because it's very... expensive for fast food - especially if you consider the cost for how little you get. I typically get the spicy chicken, but myexperience has rarely been consistent. My last chicken sandwich was truly terrible. It was a small, dry and rubbery hockey puckof a piece of chicken. We're talking about a chicken sandwich that's nearly $8 on its own... and the chicken barely filled thebun. My wife typically gets the single steak burger, which she enjoys. The issue is that they skimp on the meat big time, andthen charge $7.19 for a single steak burger... I have a flat-top at home and I can make like 8 double smashburgers for the sameprice. We've kind of accepted that this place is exorbitant and accepted it's a "once-in-a-while" kind of "treat." I just paid$36 for 3 regular sized meals... at a fast food place. Is what it is, but for that price you should expect quality, right? The 2chicken sandwiches were again, dry hockey puck-like rubbery pieces of chicken that barely filled the bun. Then the fries, whichare really a bit of a rip-off since shoe-string fries hardly have any substance to them, had a very distinct "plastic" flavor tothem. We all noticed it. Either a bad batch of potatoes, or more than likely some bad oil. Point being, the prices at Freddy'shave always been insulting, but we got it every now and then as a "treat" because typically the food was good - not substantial,but good. I'll be hard-pressed to have a desire to go back any time soon now that I've been served such poor food. Rating 2stars because the customer service has at least become better and quicker. When you want a better chicken sandwich than the literal Popeye's nearby. That's right, I said it, come at me. Also love the... thin fries they're neat and the burgers and hot dog are also pretty great. Everything in a combo is about ten bucks maybe alittle more. Read more

Tasty burgers and fries. I'm partial to shoestring fries, they have just the right amount of crispness. I love being able to... grab a bunch together dip them in fry sauce and launch them into my mouth. I think they just pick up more sauce than the largeralternatives. Freddy's does it right and who doesn't love frozen custard. Read more

First, and last time at this chain. Placed an order for a burger and french fries. Asked for cheese only due to allergies and it... came with all of the condiments on top. The girl at the window did not hand me my receipt and said she would put it in the bagwhich didn't happen. After tossing the burger because I couldn't eat it there was hair and what appeared to be mucus on myfrench fries. Read more
