Is anyone answering phones at your location? I ordered a pizza with a 40min delivery time it been an hour and 15min & the app... shows it?s still being made. I called and hung up after being on hold for 15mi. I?m trying to call again and it?s been so faranother 9min on hold. The app needs to give correct delivery times. I wud have never ordered had I known it was going to be thislong and not be able to get a hold of anyone at this store. Read more
Had good and bad experiences. Some times they are in the ball and deliver good pies. Other times you will wait 30 minutes on... hold and decide to get food elsewhere. I guess it depends on who is working but management should iron out theseinconsistencies. Gave them another chance like they asked! zaa took 1:45 to get here rather than the 45 I was told so still notvery great! If you want cold pies and to order from a call center hallway across the world this is the place for you! Read more

I place an order for a chicken, bacon, ranch sub & was delivered a chicken, bacon, ranch calzone. There was hardly any chicken... but too much ranch. It was the most DISGUSTING thing I have ever tasted. They include a delivery charge & according to thedriver they don't see a penny of it. I was at work & he hung around after he was paid. I will NOT order from them again. Read more

Just got off the phone with the rudest employee. The employee was so rude to me I just hung up. He fired off several daily... specials and when I asked for clarity he had a disgusting attitude placing disrespectful emphasis on the way he called me ?sir?,as if I was holding up the business trying to make an order. On top of his audacity, he had an Indian accent that was equallydifficult to communicate with. Im from the Midwest and I?ve always known Hungry Howies to be a solid location, but Im neverordering from this place again. Read more

The wildly high individual on the phone recited the wrong address then claimed that a female or maybe a male (he couldn't giveme a straight answer as to who) slammed the door in his delivery driver (or maybe his) face... I've been in the living roomsince this order was placed by me. No one has come to the door or answered it since it's been placed. My best guess is thisplace took my money and the pre tip, and now are trying to twist it back on us and keep the money and dodge the complaint, whilenever having to make the order or dispatch the pizza. It's people like these that give food service individuals a badreputation. I can't stress enough order from anywhere else. Read more

I really enjoy Hungry Howie's pizza. I used to live near the Pantano / Broadway location. Now I order from the Campbell / Ft.... Lowell location. The location on Campbell is AWESOME! This pizza is hands down better than Little Caesars! H.H.'s gives BlackJack and Pizza Hut a run for the money. I find this pizza BETTER than Domino's and all those other pizza establishments.Obviously there are more EXPENSIVE pizza's that might leave H.H.'s in the dust. Hungry Howie's - Price - Fair. Quality -Great. Taste - Delicious! In person customer service - Great. (When you call it is a call center, not the actual employees atthe establishment). Any and every interaction has been great. Call center, ehh.This pizza is ALWAYS YUMMY! I have never had anyissues with my orders :) Perfect and delicious each and every time. Besides if I ever have issues I always communicate them andgive whatever business it happens to be, the opportunity to correct them. Are you out of pizza sauce???? My pizza and sub both have so little sauce you cannot taste it. Both are very poor tasting. ... Ive eaten at other hungry howies in different states and none were ever this bad. Read more

While taking a friend to a dr appointment, I told them I?d treat them to pizza if they were hungry. One of them mentioned Hungry... Howies, s name I had never heard before. My neighbors mentioned I ought to get a job here & it reminded me of the good servicewe got here sometime long ago before CV-19. Not typical, however we had a special request a place to sit & we got one.Happy@HungryHowies!! Read more
