Diego was awesome!! I hadn't been to In N Out in a while, but me and my buddies decided to go the other night and we were met... with the best customer service we've ever had dining inside. There was a couple requests Diego was able to accommodate for us,and refilled some items that were running out in the dining room. We went a couple days after , and he remembered us! Came over,said hello and made us feel welcome. From now on we'll be going a couple times a week for sure! Great burgers! Great service!Give that man a raise! Read more
This is the first time in my life that I get to taste the burgers from this establishment, and it is one of the best burgers... I've ever had. The size is perfect, the burger was well done, the vegetables were not just some fine slices, they were chunkyand full of flavor. Would recommend always to go for one. Read more
Sunday at 1pm - busy like every In-in-Out, but the drive thru when smooth and we got what we needed fairly quickly. Double... Double animal style for me - protein cheese burger and a chocolate shake for the daughter and we were on our way back toCalifornia. Read more
There was five of us and we ate inside. The service was fast. The burgers were very good. Several in our party had the burgers... protein style (no bun, lettuce wrapped). One of the few places that do the lettuce wrap right. The only reason for only 4 starswas the they were not that busy inside and all the tables where filthy, and the employee mopping would not clean a table whenasked or get us a rag so we could do it out self she said someone would be right out but she did get get anyone just continuedto mop. We ending up using napkins but it kind of smeared some of it. No one cleaned any of the tables the entire time we werethere except customers. Read more
Definitely found paper pulp in my burger. Yes, it is fast food, but a rather large chunk of paper, really ruins the experience... of eating "food". Literally felt like chewing on paper. This was my first experience with In and Out, ever. I won't be back. Read more
Loved it!!! Whenever I?m traveling in the southeast or western part of the US, I have to get my hands on a burger combo.
Let me start out by saying customer service here was top notch. They greet you with a smile and are super friendly. This was my... first time ever at an In-N-Out. The prices were lower than I expected them to be as well so that was nice. Burger and fries wereboth very good. Glad I finally got to see what all the hype was about.
