The woman working drive thru today has the manners of a hungover goat. Handed me my order, quickly closed the window, I look,... no sauce. No biggie. So, I wait. She comes back a minute later, not realizing it's still me. I ask, " Do you think I couldget some ranch and hot sauce, please?" She grabs them, comes back, hands the to me and says, "All you had to do was ask?" Fast"food" with a large side of Rude. ???? I'm not sure why but the tiny tacos are so good ???? Please consider adding a small toy/prize to the kids meals. This no... toy/prize issue is the only reason we can't come to Jack In The Box as often as we would like, the kids always want a fast foodplace that gives them a toy/prize. Read more
I ordered two orders of tacos no lett... got them and had no sauce or cheese.. so I take them back and tell them I just asked... for no greens.. so the little lady helps me and had girl in the back remake my order...when I get these tacos what do I find ..tacos wit just cheese.. so wher is my promo code for a free meal? Was going here for a while because it's close and cheap. Last time I went, the lights were off as if it were closed but the... drive thru was still open. The drive thru attendant didn't seem to care about being there, but what irked me the most is shehanded back my card with a receipt and there was ketchup on my card. No reason for there to be, and she wasn't wearing gloves.The food was cold and tasteless and I have not been back for months nor would I recommend this location to anyone. I will nevergo back. This is the worst location In Tucson. Try to avoid this location at all costs. I can say I?ve been here way more times than I... should have been, I keep trying just hoping they?ll finally get it right, but they prove me wrong every time. There?s beentimes I waited forever for food, usually between 20-45 minutes, this is always at night time, and there?s usually only 4 to 5cars in the drive through, so it baffles me every time how long it takes. They are very slow. Also, how do you run out oftacos? The lady at the speaker said they were out of tacos, so I ordered tiny tacos instead. I then asked for ranch and hotsauce with them. This one particular time they gave me red hot buffalo sauce instead of hot taco sauce. If I am ordering TACOS,wouldn?t you think that when I ask for hot sauce, that I want HOT TACO SAUCE? Not HOT BUFFALO SAUCE? I don?t understand theconfusion with that one but it was frustrating getting home and not being able to enjoy my food right. They also didn?t give mea single napkin, which is common so I guess I can?t complain about that. The people at the drive through seem to always hatetheir job, except for one gentleman who is always cheery which is appreciative. It?d be nice to get just a bit of bettercustomer service/empathy/competence at this location, no matter whether is 2am or 2pm the service should always be the same. Read more
First time at this location. I went through the drive-thru, so I can't comment on anything else, but the food was good (and nice... and warm), and the drive-thru folks were very pleasant. I got my food pretty quickly. My only "negative", and its a minor onethat didn't affect my rating, was that the exterior of the building really needs some repairs from what appears to bewater/storm damage from our summer monsoons. Not a big deal, but first impressions are important for businesses in my opinion. Read more

I always come to jack. The food is wonderful and the staff is always friendly, the front counter girl, stacy, jay, and samantha... are so polite and kind. As well as the rest of the staff being helpful, ive went multiple times and all the costomer service iswonderful and the food is hot and fresh Read more
