I usually use the drive through 2-3 times a week for breakfast, Bill is usually $15-18 dollars. Service is usually just ok but... this morning was horrible, cashier took my money gave me the change and told me to park up front then slam the window, since Icouldn't ask for my usual condiments I didn't get any, I also didn't get the correct meal instead of getting upset I just leftbut will never come back they lost my business. The store was clean, looked very nice. We made our order, paid, and sat down. They brought our breakfast out to us. Now, we... have eaten at various Jack in the Box since 1985. There's been a bump in the road occasionally. I was surprised at what wewere served today. We had the big breakfast sandwiches on sourdough toast. We had 2 sandwiches since there were the two of us.3 of the 4 pieces were toasted, but cool, 1 wasn't even toasted, and was cold. The entire sandwiches were cold. The cheesewasn't melted at all. This Jack in the Box is better than most. For one its cleaner than most others. For second the employees are friendly, and... helpful.
