Went through drive thru. Person taking the order was rude. Put cold cake in the bag with hot food and didnt give me sweet and... sour that was asked for. When i honked and asked for sweet and sour, manager had come over, he was really nice. So plus 1 starfor him. Read more
Even though we had to wait 26 minutes for our food order (one munchie meal) the food was hot, and tasted great. But the fact we... got harassed by the night manager made the entire experience awful. The younger girl brought out a drive thru order to a curbcustomer. 5 seconds after she goes inside the manager and I'm going to assume her "back up" cook proceed to come out to theparking lot where my husband and I are getting our bags organized and smoking an after dinner cigarette and yell at us to "STOPSMOKING THOSE THINGS" AND HER CREW COULD SMELL IT. We're a bit confused but finally figure out what smell she is referring toand she wasn't referring to my cigarette smoke. They harassed, yelled, disrespected, assumed and embarrassed my husband and Ifor no reason, as it was the people at the bus stop smoking and THAT'S what the girl smelled when she brought the order to thedrive thru customer. The night shift should worry more about ticket times and less about chastising paying customers! Read more
