I've been to alot of pandas I love panda and but this panda customer service made me feel like a bother and I shouldn't have... come in and bothered them. Always fairly quick And generally a friendly staff. I've never had any issues coming here
Ordered 2 plates and a panda bowl. Was told we had to wait 5-8 minutes for orange chicken. Pulled up, get our food finally and... get home to find out that one of the plates is completely missing the orange chicken that we waited for almost 10 minutes. Whyis FAST FOOD service so terrible?! Left the food on the ground outside without any notification at all. No text no call, didn't even knock or ring the doorbell.... Completely screwed up the order, 2 items were incorrect and they did not bring the rangoons. Tried calling the store three timeswith no answer.
