I did a review last night service sucked tacos old as hell but your a company that deletes customers feedback instead of fixing... the issue especially a store manager who yells at you calls when the tacos we're freezing your a liar saying there fresh notthe only thing I ordered a jumbo jack the curly fries also had been sitting out tacos we're cold my second time writing a reviewyou need to look into it your the company should actually care what we think we're the ones who make your company profit! Food was served nice hot and fresh. Cashier super friendly. Very clean and not a long wait during lunch hour
Sausage egg & cheese croissants were fresh, tasty and hot. An excellent experience. We did a drive & go.

It's always a hit or miss depending on what you order. They almost always give us tacos that have been sitting there - the... tacos are hard, lettuce shrivelled. One time the shell was so hard it broke one of my teeth no joke. Usually I expect theedges of the shell to be hard, but when I take a bite and almost the whole bite I took is hard? Yeah, it sucks. The Jumbo JackJrs I have gotten were okay, but the tacos are rarely ever fresh. Lately whoever has been making them in the evening is doingbetter than they were before. It also seems like the crew has very little training, twice I went in the same cashier messed upmultiple people's orders , the tables in the lobby still had trash and could clearly be seen that they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the person taking out orders didn't even know if he was taking out the order to a car or if it was one of the people inthe lobby's order. Not the worst, but by far not the best. I will say though, most times I've gone they're really nice andhave even remade tacos for us. Read more

Was on my way to get Tacos but decided to go for a sourdough jack! Love those. When I ordered I asked for the sandwich with... lettuce and curly fries. I got asked what drink I wanted, so i just went with it. But it really sucks that when I got home Ifound that my burger was missing the best parts of the sourdough jack, bacon, 2nd patty and cheese! They always forget something or mess up my order here. The staff is friendly but they never double check the order to make sure... everything is there. Read more
