Ordered 4 of the 2 for 6 croissants. When I was In the drive thru My order was 28 dollars . I told them it should be 12 and... change. Then the girl changed it. When she gave me my sandwiches she said she accidentally put pickles on 2 of them. I was sodumbfounded I said ok? Absolutely b.s waste my money. Read more
I had a wonderful experience with the workers! The food was delicious, warm, and fresh. Service was quick and kind
They managed to get all the items we ordered, in the bags. Which is more than any Taco Bell in the area can usually manage, but... that was it. I ordered a Teriyaki bowl and asked for an additional Teriyaki packet, didn't receive it. It comes with an eggroll, asked for sweet and sour sauce, didn't receive it. Wasn't given a fork either. The other person in the car asked forsweet and sour for their fries, didn't receive it. The scary part, is the person who filled our ordered appeared to be trainingsomeone. Read more
Food is the same as days of old. Service bit lacking but that's from being busy at the time. Can't complain to much... considering they demolished the one closer to my house. And I was totally in the mood for egg rolls. They still tasted thesame...greasy fried and so yummie. Read more
We just ate here and the gentleman who attended to us was so kind and professional. The restaurant was clean, the food was... really amazing and our meals really did look like the commercials. 2am on a Saturday night is not the ideal time to stop by apparently. I was in that line for 42 minutes and had to sit at the... window for another 6 minutes before finally being handed my order. Though I can say that the 2 cars in front of me were fullyseated so maybe all the other cars were parties of 4+ all ordering separately and that's what slowed down the kitchen somehow.Either way I was happy to not be in the line anymore. Maybe they just need a bigger lot and a few more staff on hand. At leastthe order was correct but I only ordered 2 items so it wasn't a hard task to begin with. Read more
Not a good place for Jack in the Box. Go to any other Jack if you're craving food. I was yelled at by the manager for entering... the restaurant during their posted lobby open hours. I took this picture no later than 9:30 pm, so half an hour earlier thantheir two signs said they were open. I went to the on on Swan and Broadway instead and no problems. Read more
Jack in the Box is not one of my preferred restaurants. I don't care for their food, having said that I will say this as well.... They do clean their restaurant here and the employees are generally helpful and friendly. They do have good parking, fastservice with a smile. Their prices are midrange for fast food I suppose. I think they now offer delivery. They are open late. Soreally the Jack in the Box experience is a good one and most people it seems they like the food I just don't that's all. Jackin the Box had managed to make some very good improvements in the last couple of years shaking the ghetto feel they had in thepast. I do recommend this location of Jack in the Box. Read more
