Just wanted a club (not Mike's way) and I received a sandwich that clearly had been done Mike's way and they just scraped the... lettuce off. I can tell you the staff at this location tonight are great!! Very pleasant and nice!! I didn't care for my sandwich I ordered... but my family liked theirs. I don't recommend the turkey. Did not like the taste of it! Ate two bites and couldn't eat anymoreof it. Read more

We requested no tomato on my husband?s sandwich, it was put on any way. I requested vinegar and oil on the side, they put it on... the sandwich. These requests were made several times!! Also, when we got home my husband?s sandwich didn?t have any bacon on it.What is a club sandwich without bacon? I will go to another Jersey Mikes again, but not this one. I love coming here and so do my kids. Most of the staff here already know what we are ordering and know that youngest is ?The... I want to love this place, I ready do. It's actually one of my husbands favorite restaurants. But more than half the time my $10... sub leaves lots to be desired. Tomatoes are always mushy and past their prime, ask for fresh ones and you'll be glared at theentire time you finish up your order. The lettuce is always wet, which takes away from the taste of the sandwich. And the bread-the very thing that holds the sandwich together is either soft and fresh- or hard and crunchy. Staff always very friendly and helpful at this location in Rita Ranch. Cheese steak was delicious as usual. We also had the... original jersey Mike's sub and it tastes just like the one in new Jersey. Excellent quality of meats and cheeses! Read more
