The food .... mostly amazing. Best corn tortillas in Tucson. This location however has had a broken tap for over a month, the... same stall in the bathroom has been broken the last few times we visited and the last time we came for lunch we had to waitquite awhile after they opened to order because the kitchen wasn't ready yet. It doesn't make sense that they don't come inearly to prep the kitchen so they're ready by opening. Just seems unprofessional. Also the table salsas aren't as good as theyused to be. They don't taste homemade anymore. Specific to this location only. Normally a go to recommendation for out of townrelatives but I might rethink it. Read more
If I could give 10 stars I would!! Our server Naydelyn was the sweetest server, very nice. We had the pleasure of sitting where... we could watch the cooking entertainment. The way these workers work so well together is amazing. The food!!! Oh my goodnessthe food is amazing! We will travel the 3 hrs from home to come again. We were really excited ro try this new place out. When we got there lots of the things were bad. Our waitress had a bad... attitude. We over heard the table next to us say that they had been waiting for 30 minutes for their food and there weren?t eventhat many tables full. Our silverware was dirty and so wee the drink glasses. Even when we called over the manager, he wasn?tthat helpful. The food was not that great and didn?t sit well with our stomachs. If you do choose to go here, ask for Manny tobe your server. He was the only person working hard and the only one willing to help our situation. This place in my opiniondeserves a 0/5 stars but Manny?s great customer service gives it a 1 star. Read more
We have been to La Parrilla Suiza for lunch dates on Fridays. Manny D is an exceptional server. Courteous, fast, friendly,... knowledgeable, and professional. He keeps our drinks filled and is timely bringing out our drinks, appetizer, entree, anddessert. I enjoy the ambiance, and the music. The food is flavorful, fresh, hot, and plentiful. I have been able to find goodsalsa again! The tortillas are freshly made. An exceptional positive experience each time, of late. Read more
The food here is muy buena!! They were short staffed at the time so the service was a bit slow, but the food was definitely... worth waiting for. The food tastes very fresh and the chips and salsa were delicious. The menu is large with a bunch of choices. Read more
I'm giving this restaurant a 5 Star rating since this Indiana guy has never had Mexican style food like this. The food was... outstanding! I've never had corn tortillas that were so fresh and tasty! I got the P. Mixta #39 (which was on the receipt), butI cannot remember the exact name of the meal. I really can't say enough about the very authentic feeling and tasting meal. Honestly, I took a carry out box home and two more meals were gained from the leftovers. I should have got an extra couple ofthose corn tortillas though.... Service was good, but it took us a very long time to get acknowledged and seated at 2pm on avery unbusy Monday afternoon. We understand that everyone right now is understaffed with the pandemic. Still, this meal willserve for many good memories of my trip to Tucson to visit my very good friend, and I will be back someday! Great job! Read more
This Mexican food is super! We got the #45 & #16. The cheese enchiladas were great and the steak was tasty. The corn tortillas... were fresh made and the rice was perfectly cooked and deliciously flavored. There's Plexiglas separating the booths for covidissues and the staff are wearing masks so we felt comfortable dining in. Plus, there's a QR code on the table if you don't wantto touch the paper menu. The decor is very nice also. Read more
Tried the mini chimis, just okay Pechuga Sulza, delicious Shrimp Enchilada, delicious Bran Burrito, just okay Lovely ambiance... however the kitchen is exposed and we were sat right next to it so it was difficult to have a conversation without loudlytalking and feeling like our neighbor tables could hear out convos.
