Horrible management, how you gonna be mad you gave me a stale pizza when YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE SAID, "it's gonna be about 10 to 15... minutes for a fresh pizzza" come back in the store he literally looks at my bf and grabs the backs breaks it where the top partcloses very ugly and aggressive I wanted to say something but oh I will be tommorow morning, I should have gotten his name butI didn't because he was rude as heck! Ordered a lrg stuffed crust with breadsticks, sauce, and a pepsi. Well Pepsi was flat as board, bread sticks were jusr rolls of... raw dough. Pizza was cold and crust was thin cardboard. Read more

We got a regular hot n ready pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust. Ordered on the app, said ready in 5 mins. Drove there, then we... waited over 10 at the Oracle store, and the hot n ready WAS RAW. NASTY! Thank you for the uncooked pizza. Just keeps gettingworse and worse on Oracle. Doesn't anyone manage this place???? Dumb question I'm guessing. Read more
Don't waste you time at this store if you are doing food delivery. Worst Little Caesars in town. Always a 10-15 minute wait.... Food also often sits outside of heat bins for several minutes making it cold. Stay clear of this one. Read more
My order took WAY longer than it should have to make. It would have been unacceptable no matter what, but they?re not even... honest about it when they give you an estimate. I love their crazy bread & mostly go for that ngl. But they take forever. They never have it ready to go, even when I order it... online. I went in Halloween night, they were busy. I ordered on the app, it said it would be ready around 9:15. I go in about9:00 just to see if it was ready but it wasn?t. I asked the girl at the counter if it was possibly ready & I ordered online, shesaid it would be 30 (she told me this twice) minutes even though the app said otherwise. There was like 6-8 breads in the heatstorage they have already. I was on a time crunch & canceled my order. They are never prepared it seems. Read more
