My 17 year old went in for an interview today at 5pm (Wednesday) She got there 30 minutes early to make sure she didn't get... caught in traffic. Went inside on time. Let the front employee know she was there for the interview so they went to let themanager know and was told to come back Monday between 2pm and 7pm! If you don't respect people's time then you should be put outof business! Extremely disrespectful! Shame on you and your so called manager! They should be fired! Didn't even come out to lether know yourself that you didn't manage your time well enough to do the interview. If you claim you are hiring but won't takethe time for the interview you set up at the time you set up then why would anyone EVER consider even waisting their time onyou! There's a reason you only have a 3 star rating! Maybe the owner should consider new management! Read more

This location is unsafe and after talking to the ?manager? DeAngelo about what I witnessed, I was dismissed and the employee... continued to work their shift instead of being sent home or fired on the spot. I witnessed a employee verbally assault andphysically try to attack another costumer! Other Employees had to hold that one employee back from hitting this poor guy. Theemployee repeatedly called the gentleman a ?mother fucker? because he didn?t like how the gentleman tried to get his attention(no one was at the counter) so he raised his voice and asked for help with the pizza portal and this set the employee off! Theemployee came out from the back and said ? can?t you see I?m busy mother fucker?. Long story short. This location is NOT safeand it seems they are all kids/friends working at this location, who have had no training. I contacted corporate, and highlyrecommend they view their video from that store. Litterally just witnessed a guy almost get assaulted here. The employee was unprofessional from the start cussing when the... customer asked for help and when the customer said so, was almost attacked. Staff did not care and didnt respond at all. Weshouldn't feel unsafe to get our pizza. Read more

I don't understand why this location has such little cheese on their pizzas compared to any other location in Tucson. I've had... experienced several times where some parts of the pizza aren't even covered with the cheese, and I only order the extra mostbestest cheese or pepperoni. Read more

So amazing. DAngelo was my customer service person. He was efficient, friendly, and even made my order fresh right there, it... took 10 minutes! He had my name, but since there were others with the same name, he utilized the shirt I had on to distinguish.Super smart and obviously attention to detail. Pizza was hot, fresh and super tasty. Simply a disgusting place with a bad serive run by kids that don't care about customer service. There is almost no day I order... from this store that they don't mess up my order. Today I ordered online. Got to the store 5 minutes before order was ready.Waited for 25 minutes and asked for my order and theey told me thay are still working on it. 15 minutes later I asked again myorder was in the machine since I got in the store, but my name was not on the one screen working because the other was off. Stopped by at 11 AM on a Saturday morning and picked up a pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. Pizza was overcooked to... the point of being inedible. Crazy bread was undercooked and very doughy. Tried calling the store to ask for a refund and phonejust rang and rang with no answer. Oh and of course they didn't give a receipt.... I contacted Corporate through an online webform and received a phone call within 5 minutes (no kidding!). The District / Regional Manager offered to make it right byrefunding the cost and giving replacements at no cost too, which was generous. I didn't make it back until a week later, andwhen I explained what had happened, the cashier offered me a new pizza and crazy bread as a replacement and apologized for thenegative experience. He explained that someone had called in sick unexpectedly, and they had quality issues due to being shortstaffed that morning. I appreciated the honesty and the new pizza and crazy bread were perfectly cooked, so overall I considerit a neutral experience. Read more
