Walked in, ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza, paid, walked out. The pizza was dry, one could even say stale. No moisture... in the cheese or sauce, pepperoni was dry and shriveled, crust was harder then a rock and dryer then the desert. If I could give a 0 I would. I am abloustely appalled with the service I received from little Caesars delivery. They should make... it clear that they themselves do not deliver, but that they use door dash delivery. Our delivery driver called us, which wemissed by a couple minutes, and would not return our call afterwards. They cancelled our order and when I called the restaurantfor assistance, they told my husband and I that they weren't at fault and to figure it out with customer service or door dash.What a disgrace. (7:15pm 8/2/2020) Dropping my rating to 1 star since less than 1 is not available. I am again having issues with the product I... am paying for at this location. There is barely any bell pepper on the pizza and when i asked the manager (Brittney) about thisthey tell me that multiple topping pizzas get half servings of toppings yet this has less than it usually does (my go to pizza iget often). Manager refused to remake or correct the issue. You can see from the image that the top half of the pizza is prettymuch devoid of bell pepper and the bacon is limited as well. Will be contacting corporate on monday. 3/10/2022: maintaining 1star at this location, last I checked sauce was one of the ingredients on the classic cheese. Maybe I am wrong. This is suppose to be extra most bestest cheese and what the heck on the cutting. Also I pre-ordered online and it was 20min... late being ready. Again I give this location a chance and they fail miserably. I am happy to say after driving back to the storeand costing me an extra 20min of time they replaced the pizza with the correct order. There sausage pizza is garbage, offered to pay for extra sausage but the rocket scientist at the the counter said I could not do... that for some reason, some slices of pizza had NO sausage on them ,garbage pizza, save your money there are plenty of otherpizza restaurant's that know how to make a good pizza, the guy at the counter had the personality of a banana, Read more
You get what you pay for. Employees seem only mildy interested in working in the pizza category. Wait times are slow but average... considering the dinner rush. Pizza portal seems good, but I've never used it. The $5 hot-and-ready should be able to have morethan just pepperoni, but if I remember correctly they tried that once and it was hectic for staff. The $6 Extra Most Bestest,despite being an English teacher's worst nightmare, is usually my go-to pizza. Anything else is mainly the same prices you canget from anywhere else, but maybe a few bucks cheaper. The dough had decent rise, the toppings were spread evenly, and the pizzawas cooked evenly, but it's a bit bland. 6.5-7/10 on the Papa John 10-point pizza rating system, so it's servable. There's Pizzaplaces with more pizza experience, but Little Caesar's is a decent budget option for dinner in the pizza category. Read more
The quality of the pizza is a hit and miss. Check the pizza before you leave. Today was one of the misses. The center was doughy... and very very thin (see photo). We have had times that everything was great which is why I gave them 3 stars. Read more
