I've been meaning to get to this review for some time, and just recently found my receipt. We met friends for dinner here about... a month ago. Sadly Longhorn is definitely not my first choice in a favored steakhouse. My previous experiences at this businesshave been less than impressive. But this time however, things were vastly different. Thankfully Kirstin F. was our server andpersonal bartender. Her knowledge of the menu was impeccable. Her suggestions helped pave the success of our night out withfriends. The manager on duty was named Jacob, and he swung by the table on numerous times to check in and make sure thateverything was perfect. He was extremely helpful and accommodating but not intrusive, which we greatly appreciated. Unlike ourprevious visits where our food was of questionable quality and flavor, on this visit our food was spot on, full of flavor,cooked to order and definitely a treat. Everyone in our dinner party left completely satisfied with the quality of our food, theprice we were charged, and above all else the obvious commitment to customer service by the entire staff, but primarily by theunyielding level of guest satisfaction presented by our server Kirstin F. Great service and awesome delicious food. Everything my family and I ordered came out just the way we ordered it. It was hot and... fresh. I ordered the 9oz crusted Parmesan chicken, a sweet potato and a house salad. My dinner was very good. No complaints. Read more
Exceptional food, everything was cooked to perfection. The bread was amazing and the fresh vegetables were awesome. Too bad the... corn is leaving soon. But there is always the loaded sweet potato to fall back to! All the staff gave great customer service,communicated well and VERY friendly. We will be back to this location. Read more

So disappointed! First time (and last time) eating there. There were 3 of us in our party. Ordered our meals and an... appetizer. While waiting for our meals we heard another table talking to the manager who was apologizing for their bakedpotato not being done right. He offered them a free dessert. Our food came, and my son's french fries were cold. I hadordered salmon, took a bite and it was bad. Flipped it over and it was the grossest color I've ever seen on salmon! Didn'teven look grilled. It even made the rice look/taste bad. Sent it back, and the waiter said he'd get another one. So wewaited, and waited. Everyone finished their food and my salmon still hadn't come out. Told the waiter to just cancel it. He said he'd get the salmon removed from the bill. Which resulted in us waiting even longer! Ridiculously long. The managernever even came to say a word to us! No sorry, nothing. I spent $55 and didn't even get MY meal! (And we only drank water) Spent way too much money and left hungry since I didn't even get a meal. Or an apology. Read more
Great food. My family and I visited this branch and every dish was made perfectly.
Haven't been here in forever, so I thought I'd treat myself on my birthday. They happened to be really short staffed this... evening, so they were only seating a small number of customers at a time. Regardless, I had a great dinner experience. Everyonewas really friendly and helpful. My order was taken right away and I got my appetizers quickly. By the way, the portion sizes ofeverything were really generous, so plenty to take home for lunch tomorrow. Everything I ordered was cooked perfectly and wasdelicious. The facility was clean and well kept. Lastly I want to give a special shout-out to my server, Sherrie. She wasamazing. Friendly, helpful and just a joy to chat with. It's not a terrible place. Food was okay, but in my opinion not worth the price. Paid over $100 for 2 people. The waitress... was great, very friendly and helpful since it was our first time there. The white peach sangria was delicious,the old fashionwas good as well. Read more
