The food is great, but we?ve consistently had horrible customer service. The woman got upset when we asked for a small cup and... they only had one size. She said a few curse words when she said the card declined but we knew that it had enough to pay. Turnsout she had just put it in wrong. This establishment is lucky we enjoy the food so much and our local Mama?s shut down or elsewe wouldn?t return. Used to be great, not cheap but huge portion sizes. Prices keep going up while portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. ... Got 2 sides of fries with my meal and it was just a small handful of fries total. Every time I order some extra sauces and havenever once gotten the sauces ordered.
