The food is great, but we?ve consistently had horrible customer service. The woman got upset when we asked for a small cup and... they only had one size. She said a few curse words when she said the card declined but we knew that it had enough to pay. Turnsout she had just put it in wrong. This establishment is lucky we enjoy the food so much and our local Mama?s shut down or elsewe wouldn?t return. Used to be great, not cheap but huge portion sizes. Prices keep going up while portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. ... Got 2 sides of fries with my meal and it was just a small handful of fries total. Every time I order some extra sauces and havenever once gotten the sauces ordered. Have ate there many many times since they opened originally, but now its just not a goodplace to eat any more. Seems like no one cares any more. Quite sad. Read more

I'm curious if management reads these reviews. If so, how does Victoria (the girl with the purple hair) still have a job? I... understand it's hard to hire right now, but seriously this woman is losing you customers and money. We were regular customersbut we've had more than one horrible experience with this person. The first time we chalked it up to a "bad day". Everyone hasthem. But her poor attitude is more consistent than the macaroni salad. Last time was our last time. She was rude and clearlyhates her job, she was mopping the floor and putting up chairs 2 hours prior to closing, making everyone dining in feel rushedand very uncomfortable. As we stood at the counter, waiting to order, the phone was also ringing. She continued mopping as ifshe were oblivious. The phone finally stopped ringing (presumably a customer?) and then she finally came to take our ordergoing out of her way to show us she didn't want to be bothered.
