Didn't get my pizza I ordered wings burnt black
I'm from the East coast and this pizza is the bomb!! I highly recommend and the staff is the best. If I ever had a problem... (which was only once) they are quick to fix it & they go above & beyond! Marco's is the only pizza I would buy. Read more

Our favorite pizza place, but today we were disappointed with our pizza. The crust was thick a third of the way from the edges... in and the toppings didn?t extend far enough out to the edges. The cheese was more in the first two thirds of the pizza and thedelicious crusty bottom wasn?t very crusty as it usually is. I don?t think it was baked long enough! I arrived at location to pick up my pizza, I ordered by phone and was told 20 minutes. When I arrived the black American kid... asked me ? what do do want? ? I expressed my pizza, gave him my name , individual attempted to find my pizza? but it wasn?tready. After waiting 15 minutes I finally got my pizza but it was not what I ordered. I was told by said individual, you canhave this one free. I explained politely? I don?t need free pizza, I want what I ordered. I was told 10 minutes and your pizzawill be ready ( took 28 minutes) my wife had to come into the franchise and ask what was taking so long. While waiting Iobserved ( so called manger) being extremely condescending to customers ( one customer told me while leaving, good luck!) I alsoobserved ( so called manager) being condescending towards a young male staff who had very thick glasses. I felt so bad for thatkid? he was extremely nice by the way. End of the story! Personally I tried Marcos Pizza, won?t be bring my business or partiesnor recommending this business to any of my affiliates, nor friends. Customer Service is still Customer Service. We always order their Philly Cheesteak pizza, it is absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very... clean. The only reason for 4 stars is because the last couple times we've been there the kids had had Alot of bubbles and thethe other part of the pizza slid right off the dough. Read more
