Worst McDonald's experience yet. Was served old dried chicken for our crispy chicken deluxe sandwiches the spicy chicken was so... old you couldn't see the orange color on it it was a dark brown color the chickens were so dry that biting into it was likefighting cardboard. Ask the manager Yolanda for replacement she said no because that's the way McDonald's grease makes thechicken. Was not compensated in any other way for the bad experience and was made to pay full price on a replacement order.Received placement order 40 minutes after original order. It's McDonald's so you know what the food tastes like. This score is because they took 15 minutes to get 2 breakfast meals.... Defeats the purpose of getting McDonald's breakfast. Read more
They ended up being very discriminative. My other half and I are trans and they wouldn't stop staring at us, plus I was having... a hard time eating cuz I hadn't eaten out in a while. They made it so awkward for us that we eventually ended up leaving. Read more

The guy taking orders and collecting money seemed to be doing a good job- no issues, he was professional, courteous, etc. The... people with us ordered a kids meal for their child and a regular side hamburger. When we asked the young lady at 2nd window for2nd burger she had a blank stare in her eyes ( no clue). We told her a second burger was ordered, she looked at her menu boardand said "hold up". When child opened Happy Meal- you got it, they put burger in with that meal. We've visited Mickie D'senough to know Happy Meal burger is different from small regular burger. The young lady came back and said the burger was withthe Happy Meal- sad part is they knew they did that ( is M/D low on bags?). People with kids know if a kid finds 2 burgers intheir meal it belongs to them. Needless to say our adult friend was out a small burger. What gets me is sometimes those peopleseem lost or oblivious to their jobs and processes. Why are they getting paid $14.00 when they can't even package a repetitivefood order? They only sell the same food items. They should be paid based on their knowledge, it should not be a standard forall. You would think all fast food places selling primarily only burgers would get 5 stars and employees would know and coulddo their jobs sleeping. Read more
