Seems the employees are doing their best on customer service, but need more training on the Kiosks. Even the manager on duty did... not resolve the problem. Either McDonald's provides better training for their employees or start paying customers for doingtheir job when ordering inside! Read more

I can never order what I want because the machines are always down and on the rare occasion I do order its messed up. I get half... full drinks, burned food, drink sizes are not consistent and often come in the wrong cup, the wrong order, old cold fries, icedcoffee when I ordered hot etc Read more
There is mold growing in the sweet tea container and the date is from yesterday. When I brought it up to the manager she said... it's cause no one cleans them. There solution was to peel the sticker off and leave it!Then went back to playing on her laptopand didn't blink an eye. Every table was dirty in the place! I do not recommend bringing anyone here ever. If the manager don'tcare, then no one else will. I wonder how the back looks! This place is unacceptable which is sad considering when they reopenedafter the remodel the owners were super proud and the place was really nice! Read more
They are quick. Even if the lines are long don't turn away. They will get you through it really fast.
