This is the closest location to my house and I drive past it every time to go to a better run McDonald's. I won't even deliver... from that location with delivery apps. Delivery drivers check in only to listen to the employee talk loudly about how they hatemaking delivery orders like you aren't standing right there. Bad attitudes and poorly managed. They never get the order rightthe 1st time and they always leave you waiting. They definitely need new management and employees. Read more
First and foremost I come to this mcdonalds a lot and have never had any issues everyone has always been awesome and haven't had... one wrong order. One particular afternoon I was having a really stressful day and I was one of those frustrating beyond beliefcustomers who couldn't work the app.... I was lucky enough to get a lady named crystal. I got so frustrated about the app Istarted yelling at her (not meaning to direct it at her she did nothing wrong) and in the end she patiently helped me out withthe upmost respect and composure. I absolutely appreciated her!! Her attitude even after me being so rude ...and I apologize formy attitude... but her attitude was amazing I can't think if anyone who would have handled my attitude at that moment in such anamazing way! We came at a little after midnight on 8/13/2022 and the two workers in the drive through were so kind! Despite it being late at... night, they were extremely friendly and patient with us. The order was exactly how we asked for it and was ready right away.It?s rare to have such great service late at night! Read more
It is difficult when you stop on your way home across town to realize that you got a cheeseburger with no burger. Just soggy... fries and a bun with cheese on it. Very disappointing. I should add that this used to be one of the better locations and forwhatever reason it has gone downhill tremendously. Read more
Same as all the the reviews. Made to pull around and wait EVERY EFFING TIME. Then as usual, orders are brought out incorrect or... out of order, you might expect that your food would be hot because it must have been made fresh right? Wrong? half the time foodis cold and has clearly been sitting. If you?re gonna make everyone wait for god only knows what reason, that comes with theexpectation that it is being made fresh. The asian lady was rude. She keeps ignoring us when we need something. We were just asking if she could give us a lid and a soda... since the one from the side don?t have any taste. So we just left. Never going back in this place again. Go somewhere else! Read more
