Almost 3 years now ive lived 1/2 mile from Palo Verde McDonalds and I still from time 2 time go there to inflict pain and... aggravation upon myself. 90 percent of the time i go there and bad experience. Raw uncooked hamburger meat, old shriveled fries,longer then standard wait times and there not even busy, one time the employee came out to tell me they were closed in diningroom and i couldnt order food thru app to be brought out. I kept trying to tell her i had ordered, paid and had been waiting 30minutes for my order but she kept interrupting me so i couldn't tell her. So after 5 attempts i had to get loud and explain itto her. She couldnt believe it was possible. She goes inside to find out it was true...45 minutes for fast food. Another eveninga big headed manager was outside near me by the curbside pickup and she went on for 20 mins about how her employees wereterrible and how she was taking care of bizness. Cursing, loud, obnoxious. One she shouldn't be talking about her employeesespecially in the manner she was in front of a customer. Two while shes outside on her phone telling her friend all this myorder is not getting done and then came outside missing items. Oh man there's other stories but i want to get to tonightsexperience. Now im on a bike its 45 degrees out and i get there and they decide as i get there they are going to close at10:30pm . Now the door says 11:00pm. The website says 11;00pm. I go to the drive thru she says were closed. I said your supposedto be open. Another lady comes on and says how can i help you. I said ok one second (to decide) i tell her my order and theresnothing silence. Goes on for another minute no response. Them on the opposite drive thru the first lady says again oh wereclosed. I said you tell me your closed (30 mins early), then ask me for my order then ignore me in silence and then tell me yourclosed. Thank you to the "on duty Manager" for your exceptional service. It was a little after 5 a.m. and They had just opened and my... son had a "bathroom emergency" and even tho the lobby was still closed she let us come inside so he could relieve himself. I wasrunning late to work and wasn't able to stop anywhere else so that really helped! The breakfast was prepared hot and ready andshe even threw in a "complimentary" coffee. Thanks Gabriella! The line here is always too much for them to handle. I used to go every morning and I am going to stop now. Every single time I... order my breakfast sandwich and caramel frappe the frappe machine is down. And they always mess up my sandwich. Every time Icall to get the sandwich fixed they never answer the phone. It isn?t as simple as going back and replacing the sandwich becauseI get the food on my way to work (an hour away.) I felt confident this last time that they would get my order correct becausenot only did they verify it when I ordered, they verified it when I paid and verified it at the window. Fries were cold, bread on sandwiches was old. I went through drive thru and had to go in to get fresh fries. My experience was so horrible. There was only one customer so I thought it would be good. Ordered the chicken nugget bundle,... asked for fresh food they said see what they can do. Went to pick up window and after about 15 mins they offered old brown burntfries and said is this fine. I said no I asked for fresh and have been waiting so they pulled me to the front and we waitedabout another 20 mins and they gave us our food. It was cold and they fries were redipped. Not fresh at all tried calling calledabout 4 times they finally answered and said we could get our food back so we decided we?ll get it tomorrow maybe with adifferent crew. But got home and we didn?t even get all our food they missed some and nuggets old fries not even half full oldbrown burnt fries tried called different stores nobody will answer I?m so done with all McDonald?s over Tucson!!! I'm very disgusted! I ordered a meal earlier today and I got my burger, tried to take a bite and the patty wasn't done! Also the... fries were old and hard. I just hope for your sake that my 4 year old nephew doesn't get sick from this! This is the second timethis has happened. Read more
The food was old. Didn't get drinks. When I called they said come back next day they fix it. They didn't fix what was wrong with... the order. They said they couldn't cause I couldn't remember the name of the person I talked to. I thought they were supposed towrite down their mess ups. Heck they put straws in the bag but didn't give and wouldn't replace the drinks!!! It clearly showsin the receipt. My son didn't wanna say much cause they made him feel out numbered. Read more
