The food was good, however, one young lady was nice. There was one young lady wearing all black who was a manager her and... another employee tall slender wearing a blue McDonald's polo shirt their customer service really needs a lot and I mean a lot ofwork. They were very to another customer who they messed up his order from the drive thru. He ordered breakfast when he came into request them to get the rest of his order the two I spoke about that their customer service needs work they rudely said " wethrew everything away because we are no longer serving breakfast." How in the world can they do that when the order is on thescreen. I understand if they ran out, however their customer service sucks and thays putting it lightly. Read more
Went to get food from drive thru. Had to wait for over 20 min due to the manager Lisa Lopez being in drive thru which made the... employees stop their jobs to goof off and make small talk. Then she proceeded to argue at another customer in line also waiting,for honking at her to move out of line. Read more
Every time we order from this location most of our order is messed up in one way or another. My son got Big Mac's that were... supposed to be only onions cheese and Mac sauce but it looked like they had put Mac sauce on it then wiped it off and there wasnothing else on it. Like I said there's always something wrong with our order. I could honestly go on and on but I'm not goingto. For this being a brand new McDonald's you would think they would have things better figured out... They even have thestereotypical broken ice cream machine thing down????. Read more
My wife and I placed two simple orders in the lobby. It had taken them 11 minutes to serve us two cheeseburgers, a large fry,... and two large soda cups. As the woman was handing us the food bag with the two cheeseburgers in it, she dropped it on the floor,and the cheeseburgers fell out of their wrappers. From this point, it had taken another couple minutes for her to duplicate thatorder. The fries still took another five minutes to come out, so we?re talking 15 to 16 minutes for one large box of fries. Halfthe problem is that they had the guy taking our order also running food orders out to the cars. However, he did get our foodorder correctly. The delay just seemed to be between the people preparing the food, and that from my own observation, it seemsthat they care more about getting those mobile orders out fast and making us in the lobby, Wait longer. The bathroom is keycoded, and after I did obtain the entry key to go into the bathroom, it was evident that it had not been cleaned in a while asthere was a Circle K cup floating in the urinal. Please note my picture. Do better McDonald?s. At the price that you charge nowon food, it still comes down to it being fast food. We the public demand better, and we do have other choices even if we justdrive a mile or two to go to another location. Read more

Horrible service from employees and management on a daily bases. Unfortunately I work next door and everyday all my employees... have had bad services when going in there. Horrible cold and old chicken nuggets and French fries. They never have hot coffeemade. Tried to talk to manager. Even if I get to talk to a manager, the manager was very rude and unresponsive to complaints. Ijust hope this reaches someone that can change the services. Read more
I gave 4 stars because customer service, and friendliness deserve 5 stars. As well as the amazing sale deals. You can get... amazing prices on the just for you deals and everyday sales is 5 stars!! The meat dept 5stars!!! But the regular prices are wayto high. Some things are literally double in price compared to Walmart. I was going to buy beef jerky today.
