I have had many good experiences with some female workers, but yesterday was a nightmare. I had my 4 y.o. grandson & ordered a... Happy Meal - no adult food. I was given a table marker and went to the play area. After about 15 minutes, I went back to thecounter to ask where my food was. The male employee angrily told me he had called my number several times. I explained thatguest in the play area can't hear. He then said he gave my food away. I questioned how he could give my food away and showedhim my table marker. He loudly told me he had called my number several times. I asked for a manager and he said he was the onlymanager there. I asked his name - he had no name tag on and he refused to tell me. I then snapped his picture and he said if Iever come back he will call the police. Read more

Recently stopped by this location to see if things perhaps have gotten better. Well unfortunately I was wrong! Completely lazy... when it's 8 at night and they still have the breakfast menu up from earlier in the morning. It's understandable that places canbecome busy but that timing is ridiculous. I ordered the Big Mac meal and they made me pull around and wait 10 minutes. I havenever been to another location where it's taken so long to make something this simple when they're not even busy. The owners ofthis location really need to consider cleaning out the management. This location never seems like it's going to improve. I willcontinue to drive past this location to another one for better service. I don't think they'll ever get it right. It was amazinggetting attitude from the staff, as if I was bothering them. Updating this review after how the manager treated my husband this week. He had the big bad "McDonald's App" and went in on July... 13th with our 12 year old to be funny on "Free Fry Day". The female manager on duty condescendingly stated to him - from somedistance - as he made his order that he MUST have the app for this. He did have the app. A young employee that was on his breakgot up and helped us. We were thankful to have the help but will not be back after this experience. $1 item and we had "TheApp". Cheers to having an air fryer and not needing to return. I hope the franchise owner of this location can use this as anopportunity. Read more

McDonald's is just not good. Ate here in desperation after touring a bunch of homes and needed something quick. Wasn't my... choice. Chicken sandwich was dry. Bun was burnt. Not fresh in any way. It was reasonably quick, though. There's that. Read more

Service at the drive thru wasn?t poor , but the food was absolutely terrible. My chicken tenders are burnt and taste like they... have been recooked for a week. The fries where stale and all little pieces. Napkins, nope. Apparently I have to ask for theminstead of having them supplied. It?s 2:30 pm on a week day.
