I can?t seem to find any good restaurants that are competent . Went through the drive through, and ordering was fine. Asked for a caramel frappuccino, unfortunately frappuccino sounds like... cappuccino over the radio. No big deal, I mentioned to the lady handing it to me that I had asked for a frappuccino, and shejust stared blankly at me and said "no, you said cappuccino". It wasn't really worth my time to bother, I just said yeah noworries I'll take that, and left. As a general experience though, if something is miscommunicated through the window, it'sterrible to just be dryly told "no, this is what you ordered", rather than making any attempt to help out. I would have evenpaid again for the drink I wanted to be made, but she did not care at all. Read more
