Just got back, waited in line forever, they didn?t know how to use the cash register and do basic math, didn?t let me use a... code, even though I said they were two separate orders. I can?t seem to find any good restaurants that are competent . What?s a Valencia McDonald?s serves breakfast with water down... orange juice I wasn?t sure if it was orange juice or water and they don?t serve ice cream either in the morning because I don?thave the machines going off and they don?t tell you that till after you pay and if you like cream and sugar in your coffee, youbetter bring some with you because it certainly won?t make its way into your bag. Went last night, the girl taking orders was rude seemed irritated that I was even there, around 11:15pm, she said ?there?s like... a 10 min wait? said okay that?s fine, and then says ?do you know what you want!?? So start to order and keeps interrupting mesaying medium or large, anything else? Like can I finish ordering?? Then I get to the window and she?s still rude I recognizedher from the last time she?s always so rude, for what? Young girl with curly hair and glasses. So I went there for breakfast 8/1/22 and was taken a back by the rude disrespectful customer service. 1st I went to pick up my... order and the ladies just chitchatting away and I'm trying to confirm that I'm allowed to take the bag and she takes foreverfinish gossiping with her other coworkers. I waited respectfully and then was confirmed it was OK to take the bag. Then I wentto the front to ask for silverware because it was not provided with my meal. I was looked at multiple times and ignored. Afterseveral tines i said excuse me was looked at again and ignored. Finally I was able to get the attention of one of the people onthe to go window and she gave me Silverware. The Morning employees there are really disrespectful and I would not recommendcoming here if you want quality food or quality service I would choose another McDonald's. Read more
Went through the drive through, and ordering was fine. Asked for a caramel frappuccino, unfortunately frappuccino sounds like... cappuccino over the radio. No big deal, I mentioned to the lady handing it to me that I had asked for a frappuccino, and shejust stared blankly at me and said "no, you said cappuccino". It wasn't really worth my time to bother, I just said yeah noworries I'll take that, and left. As a general experience though, if something is miscommunicated through the window, it'sterrible to just be dryly told "no, this is what you ordered", rather than making any attempt to help out. I would have evenpaid again for the drink I wanted to be made, but she did not care at all. Read more
