Manager was very helpful and offered a free McCafé beverage due to their frappé machine being down this morning. Appreciating... how large ? and tidy ? the parking lot is; the drive-through was quite busy when I arrived, but I must note that there didn?tseem to be any vehicles that may have been asked to pull forward to wait for their orders to be brought to them (which is commonfor almost any McDonald?s location), so I?d say the time the service here seems fairly quick. Couldn?t leave a review on todays visit 09/01/2022 I had to edit this previous review so fries are salty the lady replace them... for us and she asked for me to check if still salty I check only one and the bottom ones salty oh well I guess that?s all thefood preparer behind the counter can do that?s Stupid! Lady behind the counter. Quarter pounder came good cook did put the extralettuce still one point the mustard omg what mustard?. They need to train the crew or get better management. The food was decent and we were lucky they got our order right, probably because it wasn't too busy when we went. But this... location is not as good as other ones. First off, you have to order on the digital kiosks. There's no in-person register and ifyou're paying cash, you gotta wait for one of the employees to come out after you order on the kiosk. There is no sodafountain. Let me repeat, THERE IS NO SODA FOUNTAIN IN THE LOBBY. If you want a drink refill, you have to ask one of theemployees to get you one. Good luck with that if you go when it's busy. This McDonald's was designed with an emphasis on takeoutand delivery. You can still dine in of course, but why not let us get our own refills like the other locations? Overall, prettymeh experience. For several months I have tried to order the crispy chicken deluxe sandwich. Initially and repeatedly I would receive the spicy... chicken sandwich, and often the workers would try to make it right with another sandwich that I had to wait longer for, or freeitems, that sort of thing. Recently I believe the menu has changed so that you can order a 4a, 4b, 4c, or 4d chicken sandwich. I ordered the 4c as in Charlie. I even explained to the nice person taking my order that I kept getting pickles instead oftomatoes on my crispy chicken deluxe sandwich. He assured me that I would get the sandwich that I ordered and I thought oh greatthat?s wonderful. But you can guess what I got right? Yeah more pickles. Honestly McDonald?s tomatoes always taste like they?vebeen soaked in a toxic disinfectant, so I?m not complaining about the pickles as much as the inability of the staff to make theitem that was ordered. The chicken actually has a marvelously light delicate crispy breading. The bun had to be substitutedwith some other bun (they were also out of quarter pounders which is what I had planned on ordering). Ultimately thisMcDonald?s is open when I can supplement my drive home with calories. It?s very hit or miss with their available inventory andunwritten rules ie no fish after a certain time. Poor service. Too many cars in drive usually the only service offered. Dining in limited. Can walk in order to go. Supervisor... doesn't have organization in the workplace when you have 3 Windows in drive through. 1 cashier. 2 food Windows. Tonight visitthere way only one window 2 open. 3 people serving window 2 and on employee drink a milkshake. window 1 closed. Paid afterrepeating order. Pick up window 2 repeated order after server as me I have your ice! Wrong order! Repeated order. Got foodwaited to check items and ask for kids meal drink and left only to find when I got home ice tea were suppose to be 1 cut and 1unsweetened, but got 2 sweet teas. This McDonald's needs serious management supervision. Logistics all wrong...2 drive throughwindows are not utilized properly and orders constantly wrong. Read more

I mobile ordered my meal (because it's so easy to customize my burger) and then ran inside to pick it up. The restaurant is... spacious with a couple different seating options. They have the kiosk order thingies, the machines aren't my favorite butthey're pretty straightforward to use if you give them a chance and probably speed up the ordering process. Anyway, I waited bythe pickup window inside the restaurant for maybe a minute because school just let out and they were really busy. The staff wassuper attentive though and soon filled my order. All the employees I interacted with during my short visit were engaging andprofessional. The restaurant was tidy and my food was as expected- DELICIOUS! I'll definitely return soon! :) Read more
