Ordered my pizza online for convenience and the ordering part was simple but when I got to the store at the time it told me to... be there to pick up my pizza they hadn?t even started it yet! I had to wait there for over 20 mins for my pizza to be madebecause people who walked in had their orders ready before me. The employees weren?t very friendly either. Not a good vibe. Trial n error on what I like and what I tried and what I finally order everytime we come in. NEVER had a bad pizza. Had a couple... I didn't like, but that was choices not how it was made or cooked. AND it means what they say , any toppings, one price . Read more
Just had an awesome experience at this Mod Pizza. Rob went above and beyond when I came in to pick up my order that was ordered... online. My order had not gone through for some reason and so it didn't hit their system. He asked how easy my order was, it had5-6 toppings and put it in for me anyway and got me on my way. Thanks Rob!! My pizza was taken a little too long in the oven I thought and sure enough when I received it it was burnt. Wouldn?t recommend... this place unless you want your pizza burnt. Read more
I ordered from mod and they forgot to put buffalo sauce on my calexico pizza and boxes were wet which made one of my pizzas... soggy. I called and talked to Juan. He was super nice and told me I can come in to replace. I should have checked my pizza whenI came home but they weren?t done all the way super soggy and topping were tossed everywhere including the cheese. I didn?t evenbother calling again because I don?t want to be a bug and it seems like a reoccurring issue. Read more
A very cute blonde with a ponytail helped us in our first visit to this pizza restaurant. It was very unique to see our pizza... prepared before us as we dictate what ingredients to place on it. And there are plenty. The first bite said it all " SCRUMPTIOUS"!! Don't hesitate to try it anymore! Its very worth your attention and your tastebuds will scream in delight! Read more
