I?m in shock at how bad of an experience I had here and the fact that I?m not the only one. I was given the wrong entree, no... straws and no utensils. I didn?t notice until I was halfway to my next destination so I stopped at another one to try to get itremade. They wouldn?t even though I had my receipt and hadn?t taken a bite of my food. So I drove halfway back across town toget it remade. When they remade it, they forgot one of the sides I ordered, so all I was left with was my bare hands to eatnasty gummy chicken and dry stale rice. I will literally never eat at this location again, even if I was paid too. I don?t thinkI will ever eat Panda again either. Read more
Always have bad experiences here. Ordered around 740 it told me the food would be ready at 845. I went in and they basically... told me out of my entire almost 50 dollar order they only had 3 items. The manager didn't say one word the cashier took care ofus. Once the cashier said we wanted the refund she snatched the receipt and went to the back with out saying anything. Was toldmy refund would be in my account already and still nothing. Only reason for the 2 was because of the cashier, she did great.Managers need to learn to speak when dealing with complaints. We spoke Spanish she didn't even ask if we did or not translatingin front of us was pointless. Wont be returning, just want my money back. Read more
Service was slow even though ordered ahead. Employees not very customer friendly. A family came about 8:45, ordered and asked if... they could eat in the dinning area. Cashier said no they would be cleaning. They then asked if could eat outside. She told themno, they'd be cleaning outside to. I haven't eaten at a panda for about a year. This Panda Express would get zero stars if it were possible. Both the service and food were terrible. We went thru the drive... thru and the speaker volume was so low that it was inaudible at times. When I told the person working the speaker that icouldn't hear her, she spoke up loud enough but her tone of voice became irritable and then she reverted back to an inaudiblevolume. When i got the bag of food i checked it to make sure it was correct and then asked for chopsticks. Oh my goodness, whenshe handed me the chopsticks, that young lady was giving me the most hateful, angry glare. The orange chicken was definitelyNOT like any other Panda Express location I have been to. The flavor was sour as though it had lemon juice on it. It wasterrible! My husband thought so too. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go to this location. I have been to other AZ pandaexpress locations and the food was good so i know it is not an AZ thing. Read more
I am usually mad when I ha e to wait 20 minutes at the drive through at this Panda Express location, but today I ordered the... food through the App at home and went inside to pick up the food. There was a few cars waiting in the drive through so I?m notabout to wait in line there. It took me three minutes to pick up the food and leave since I already paid for it through the App.Their food is tasty but I just wish they used a lot less oil as it is just too greasy! Read more
The staff is always friendly and helpful and today I was able to get plant-based orange chicken by one get one free. I hope that... they will offer more plant-based options like their beef and chicken dishes, but allow a substitute with a meat alternative.Trader Joe's has an excellent beef alternative and it would be wonderful if the two companies would collaborate.
