I went to the drive through to get my daughter some food, as I pulled up the lady asked what I wanted. After I gave her the... order there was pure silence. I finally said hello and she says that they are closed because it's a holiday! Than why ask what Iwanted instead of saying that immediately. 0 stars would be more appropriate. Manager Alex is very rude. Portions were small and old and it was brought to his attention in... which he did would not fix. Our bill was high and not worth it. The other employees are clueless. Bad customer service. River Rdlocation is much better and will go there instead from now on. Read more

Accidentally ordered from this location through postmates. I try not to order from this location due to their horrible... attention to detail and messing up our past orders. They did it again. We recieved the order but were missing my sons wholemeal and the 2 teriyaki chicken from my meal. The ticket with all the info of our order was taped to the bag so what the heckis going on there??? Their new "cupon" that shows their new Orange Chicken. Buy one bowl and get one free. The cupon is NOT for the new Orange... Chicken. It is considered a "premium" dish and is more $. For two bowls, which are very small, it is over $19. That's nearly $10per serving. I walked out of this location for the second and last time. Read more

Unpleasant, annoying experience every time I come here. I'm done giving them a chance. They were closing 1-1.5 hours early every... night, then out of popular food... Now, it's only a matter of time until they ask for a DNA sample and your SSN to pick up youroverpriced, fake American-Chinese food. My PRESCRIPTIONS at Fry's have less security/red tape than this place. Seriously? LuckyI had my phone on me with some data left on the plan to pull up a confirmation email (when did this start, and why does no otherrestaurant in the area do this...) , otherwise my order would've gotten thrown out. When we pulled up to the drive through I could barely hear the employee through the speaker and the employee mixed up our order.... First of all we tried telling her to replace one of the meals we had ordered with a different one but she forgot to take off thefirst one. Also the employee didn't add spring rolls even though we had said we wanted them. The food was delicious and hot butwe didn't realize our order was messed up until we drove off. Sarah took mine and my mans order and where I wasn?t done ordering she immediately went to ring us out and made me feel rushed.... I wanted to order a drink and some egg rolls while she seemed like she was bothered. Want good customer service? Don?t come tohis location :) Read more
