It?s been hit and miss at this location for a couple of years. When they get it right it?s great, but the lack of consistency... always has me on edge. There have been several times my order was delivered to the wrong apartment, or in some cases not at all.Simple instructions like how much pizza sauce and toppings to include on my order are followed every once and again. Now havingsaid all this, the current GM at this location has always made things right either by comping the meal or including extra sideswith the next order, and her demeanor has always been pleasant and apologetic so I give this place three stars only because Iknow that the inevitable mistake on future orders will be corrected to my satisfaction?at some point. No matter where you go in the world Papa John Pizza should give you the same experience and taste but not here, I got the... works pizza and as I lifted each slice all my toppings fell everywhere except for my mouth. The service was good though. Read more
I called and placed an order over the phone and the gentleman I believe he said his name was Allen that took my order was beyond... amazing ! He went above and beyond for us and very patient on our order it took us like 15 minutes to figure what was best forour family but I must say he?s the first person ever to speak to at this store who wasn?t rude and he had patience and the bestcustomer service! Great service. Had trouble calling the store but the manager explained to me a better way. I felt welcomed and the professional... service was great. Not only was the visit informative but the crew working seemed like a real team and got orders out within thetime given to us. The food was amazing and my family is happy. Thank you guys! Loved Papa John's for years. Visiting Tucson and ordered two pizzas. The WORST I've ever had. The people at the shop spoke... broken English. Horrible pizza. Will never do Papa John's again. Read more
When I order from Papa John's, I'm expecting a clean professional delivery person from Papa John's, that have corporate... guidelines to follow and that's able to read my delivery instructions. I do not expect a Door dash delivery driver in streetclothes, not wearing a mask during a pandemic, leaving my pizza on the ground at the wrong door. When I called to voice myopinion on the matter I was told that I should order on days they weren't so busy. Very disappointed, and I will NOT beordering from them, as long as this policy of using Door Dash when it gets too busy is in effect. Read more
