Pizza was overcooked. The person who helped us clearly had other things on their mind. Tables weren't clean but it was so nice... to hear the kids laughing and playing. I visited on a busy Friday with my three kids, 5,7 and 9. The arcade was clean and there were many new games and broken games... had been fixed since quarantine. The kids loved their food. There was a snafu and i overreacted, i am sorry for that. Themanager was excellent, handled me well and recognized that all i needed was for the kids to be happy. He solved the problem andmade the kids feel special. They are the main customer at Peter Piper after all. "Best day ever" they said as were leaving. Wewill definitely be back. We originally placed an order for a large pepperoni and ham pizza. The employee accidentally charged me for a large pepperoni... only, but when we went up to fix it he said he would put the ham on. We saw him grab our pizza and move to put the ham on. Whenour order was finally ready we got our pizza and left. The pizza we got was topped with pepperoni, no ham and we weren't sure ifthey accidentally gave us a medium instead since it didn't look like a large. The pizza was still delicious. Read more

One of the best peter piper pizza buffets as far as pizza being made and served. The salad, not so much, dry and wilted.... Dessert pizza fresh and perfect. Game room had nice options for teens. Read more

The tall gentleman with the blonde in his hair told me that the garlic cheesy bread that they forgot to make would take them 10... minutes to make and was sorry?. 15 minutes later I asked about it and the other girl checked and calm said to me sorry wehaven?t put it in the oven yet or even started it yet! They both sat there and joked around while I waited for them to literallydo nothing. If you want your food done right or on time let alone both do not expect it to happen here!
